However, in the application some process have showed some issues that could be systematized, some of them include the use of functional analysis as a basis for the design of treatment and to specify the minimum elements to consider that the therapeutic model used corresponds to the integration of the two approaches. La fatigue peut être définie par la compassion comme un état d'épuisement et de dysfonctionnement biologique, psychologique et relationnel, le résultat d'une exposition immédiate ou prolongée au stress compassionnel et comme le résultat final du processus progressif et cumulatif résultant d'un contact prolongé, continu et intense. avec des clients ou des clients. patients, l'usage de soi et l'exposition au stress. Le maintien de l'usure peut conduire à des images sévères typiques d'un traumatisme secondaire ou à l'apparition du Syndrome du Brûlé Professionnel (Burnout). This study uses a qualitative research type. The criteria that influence the success of sustainable agriculture include socio-cultural, economic, agricultural technology, institutions, and government policies. The resource persons in this study were farmers in the Nanggalo sub-district, amounting to 12 people. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data collected through observation, literature study, and in-depth interviews. This study uses a decision-making method to determine the priority of various choices, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Le flux constant de personnes, de biens et d'idées dans cet environnement océanique, a fait que dans la seconde moitié du XVIIIe siècle, les cercles républicains anglais et américains ont renforcé leurs liens, avec quelques femmes comme militantes notables. L'écrivaine anglaise Catharine Macaulay (1731-1791), en plus d'écrire sur les événements cruciaux du moment, a traversé l'océan avec le désir d'être proche et de les vivre à la première personne. D'autre part, en raison d'intérêts communs, elle entretient une relation épistolaire intense pendant plus de vingt ans avec l'écrivain américain Mercy Otis Warren (1728-1814). In the relevant literature, the dominant approach considers Siyāsatnāmas as ethical advice in general and regards them as ineffective against an un-just ruler who has no ethical concern. This study criticizes this dominant view by claiming that in addition to the religious / ethical argument to promote a just rule, the Siyāsatnāma tradition develops a second argument designed specifically for an unjust ruler who ignores ethi-cal advice. This second argument is ignored by the dominant position about the Siyāsatnāma tradition. I have called it self-interest argument in this study. An unjust ruler 's self interest is to maintain, empower, and hand down his power to his descendants. The population of this study was employees of The Airline Transportation Services Company, with 300 samples taken as research subjects. The analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS software version 2.2. The results showed that    Job Insecurity, job satisfaction, and organizational culture had a significant effect on turnover intention, work commitment had no significant impact on turnover intention, Job Insecurity, job satisfaction, and Commitment had a considerable influence on organizational culture, and organizational culture was able to mediate the effect of Job Insecurity, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Méthode : Il s'agit d'une étude descriptive menée auprès de 27 infirmiers qui ont effectué un stage en santé publique à la Harran University School of Health. Les données ont été recueillies au moyen d'un formulaire d'entretien semi-directif. Résultats : Tous les étudiants de sexe masculin sont allés à des visites à domicile avec leurs petites amies. Ils ont déclaré qu'ils ne pouvaient pas communiquer directement lors des visites à domicile et que le stage n'était pas très efficace dans cet état. This research used a case study method, and the sampling was carried out in a purposive manner consisting of 50 sample farmers. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Preliminary data were obtained by direct interviews with respondents based on the questionnaire provided, while secondary data were taken from agencies related to this research. The processing of data obtained in the field shows that Parak plays an important role in supporting the economy of farmers in Nagari Paninggahan either directly or indirectly. The direct use value obtained from the plant is IDR. 46,753,650 (66,316 per cent), from firewood of IDR. 23,070,000 (32,722 percent) and from livestock IDR. 678,550 (0.963 per cent) so that the total direct use income is IDR. 70,502,200 per year of all commodities cultivated by the sample farmers. Meanwhile, for indirect use, such as household/domestic water use, IDR. 13,312,320/year and agricultural irrigation water IDR. 54,052,111/year. The total indirect usage is IDR. 67,364,431,-. Per year. Agroforestry patterns can cover the soil layer well and have an effective influence on soil erosion control to increase the supply of water in the soil. This research uses quantitative research. The type of data in this study is divided into primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study by means of interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The population in this study were all employees of the Information and Communication Technology Security Institute with the status of Civil Servants and had worked at the Information and Communication Technology Security Institute for at least 1 year in January 2021, amounting to 1,161 people and spread over the work unit of the Information and Communication Technology Security Institute in Jakarta and Bogor. The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling. In this study, the variables are divided into three types, namely: a) independent variables; b) Intervening Variables and c) Bound Variables. The data analysis method in this study used Validity Test, Regression Weight, Standardized Total Effect and Hypothesis Testing.
