The population in this study were all employees of the Information and Communication Technology Security Institute with the status of Civil Servants and had worked at the Information and Communication Technology Security Institute for at least 1 year in January 2021, amounting to 1,161 people and spread over the work unit of the Information and Communication Technology Security Institute in Jakarta and Bogor. The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling. In this study, the variables are divided into three types, namely: a) independent variables; b) Intervening Variables and c) Bound Variables. The data analysis method in this study used Validity Test, Regression Weight, Standardized Total Effect and Hypothesis Testing.
