The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling. In this study, the variables are divided into three types, namely: a) independent variables; b) Intervening Variables and c) Bound Variables. The data analysis method in this study used Validity Test, Regression Weight, Standardized Total Effect and Hypothesis Testing. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, competence and motivation on employee performance and their impact on organizational performance in information and communication technology security services. This research uses quantitative research. The type of data in this study is divided into primary data and secondary data.
