This study aims to determine the perception of SMEs on the indicators of People, Profit, and Planet in the concept of Sustainable Entrepreneurship. The approach chosen in this research is quantitative using descriptive method and is included in the type of cross-sectional study. The population is an infinite population, namely SMEs in 3 districts/cities in West Kalimantan with special considerations, with a total sample of 75 SMEs taken by incidental sampling and determined by certain criteria. Collecting data through questionnaires and analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The research findings show that SME actors consider the concept of Sustainable Entrepreneurship important to be applied in their business based on people, profit and planet indicators, where planetary indicators are seen from the workforce, community and partners; profit indicators are seen from benefits and networks; as well as planetary indicators in terms of environmental resources and technology. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada sampel sebanyak 82 karyawan di Universitas Tunas Pembangunan, Surakarta. Analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dengan tingkat signifikansi motivasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05; budaya organisasi sebesar 0,028 < 0,05 dan komitmen organisasi sebesar 0,008 < 0,05. Motivasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Dari uji determinasi diketahui bahwa besarnya persentase pengaruh motivasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi sebesar 0,535 atau 53,50%, artinya variabel motivasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 53,50% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,50%  dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. For this reason, a conflict management strategy is needed that makes conflict a supporter of the strength of the family business. This study aims to: 1) Determine the extent to which conflict affects the activities and business performance of the company, and 2) how the strategy of PT. Book Mart Indonesia in managing conflicts that occur. The approach used in this research is qualitative, while the type of research is descriptive. The determination of the source in this study was carried out by means of purposive sampling. Two types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection procedures used were interviews and documentation. The results showed that the root causes of conflict in PT. Book Mart Indonesia (PTBMI) is a company that is empty of family values, no organizational culture and weak corporate vision and mission. Conflicts that occur (media.neliti.com), for example misunderstandings related to information, decisions related to project making and decisions about task shifting / division of labor. This conflict is caused by the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the absence of clear company rules such as an administrative system (recording), professional financial management to strengthening brands in the market. Based on the analysis of overall service gap dimensions, the fit between the services provided by health centers in the hope of Palangkaraya Pahandut community insurence patients there is a gap / level of satisfaction (- 10:54), these scores were categorized in groups, although not yet fully meet the expectations of patients community insurence, but service provided is good enough. Based on the results of the regression analysis above we can conclude that all the variables of service quality dimensions (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible) jointly have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction and Public Health Center of Pahandut Palangka raya City. These results indicate that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted and the hypothesis zero (Ho) is rejected. While the major effect is variable Assurance (1052), Reliability (1004), Tangible (1039), Responsiveness (1714), Empathy (1029) on patient satisfaction community insurence. The next is the R ² value of (0456) showed that 45.6% of patient satisfaction variables can be explained by service quality are Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and the remaining 54.4% Tangible while others described the other variables that are not included in this study model . Then, based on gap analysis (a match between expectations of the performance) of each dimension, are as follows, Responsiveness variable (-0.78) score was categorized as moderate. then followed the next variable Tangible variable (-0.88), variable Reliability (-0.57), assurance variable (-0.11), Empathy and the latter variable (-0.11). There was a critical incident of COVID-19 so this research was conducted with the aim of producing reports for business owners related to risk management in business operations. The risk management process consists of stages of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk management. The population used in this study is food and beverage shop that are easily accessible around PCU with the main target of consumers are students, and PCU employees that is still open the business in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. There are only 3 shops out of dozens of food and beverage shops that experienced critical incidents due to PCU implementing online learning which still lasted until this research was conducted. Those risks are spread across 3 different business categories, namely main business process, essential business process, and supporting business process. The majority of risks are in the category of supporting business processes. The same risk can be spread across different risk categories in each foods and beverage shop, this is due to the different risk appetite of each shop.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen risiko pada bisnis makanan dan minuman di sekitar Universitas Kristen Petra (UKP) Surabaya. Adanya kejadian kritis COVID-19 sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan laporan bagi pemilik usahaterkait dengan manajemen risiko pada operasional bisnis. Proses manajemen risiko terdiri dari tahapan identifikasi risiko, analisis risiko, evaluasi risiko, dan penanganan risiko. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kedai makanan yang mudah dijangkau di sekitar UKP dengan mayoritas konsumennya mahasiswa, dan karyawan UKP yang masih membuka usaha di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Hanya terdapat 3 kedaimakanan dari beberapa kedai makanan yang mengalami kejadian kritis akibat UKP menerapkan kuliah secara online yang masih bertahan hingga penelitian ini dilakukan. Risiko-risiko tersebut tersebar di 3 kategori bisnis yang berbeda yaitu proses bisnis utama, proses bisnis penunjang, dan proses bisnis pendukung. Mayoritas risiko berada pada kategori proses bisnis pendukung. The data population used is all consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. This research uses purposive sampling method, there are 24 companies that meet the criteria with a total of 72 samples used as research data. Data analysis using logistic regression analysis. Butthisisalsodeniedbyshowingthevalueoftcount = 0.200 greater>thanttable = 2.048 assumingthat H0isacceptedand Hais rejected which means that Motivationdoes not affect for employee performance.The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.001 whichindicatesthattheindependentvariablenamelyMotivationaffectsthedependentvariableorEmployee Performance by 0.1% whiletheremaining 99.9% isinfluencedbyotherfactors not examined. Berbagai gaya dan tema bermunculan untuk masing-masing coffee shop untuk menarik dan memberikan kepuasan pada konsumen. Mulai dari bahan baku kopi yang digunakan, create kreasi menu coffee yang ditawarkan serta menu makanan pendamping coffee. Semuanya dipikirkan betul-betul oleh pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen.Metode yang digunakan metode non-probality Sampling dikarenakan jumlah pengunjung Peacock Coffee tidak diketahui dengan pasti. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Accidental sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 87 sampel. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian mendukung semua hipotesis yang diajukan. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees, especially in PT. Dian Bahari Sejati is the selection , the reason for the selection of variables having the largest value of the regression coefficient when compared with variable recruitment , so that the second hypothesis can be said to be proven . Simultaneously, it is known that the process of recruitment and selection simultaneously have an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Dian Bahari Sejati.The influence of variables X1 ( recruitment ) to variable Y ( company performance ) indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient ( r xy ) of 0.727 . While the R -square is 0.528 or 52.80 % , showing approximately 52.80 % variable Y ( the performance of the company's employees ) can be explained by the recruitment process variable ( X1 ) , or in practice it can be said that the contribution of the recruitment process ( X1 ) to variable Y ( performance of employees ) is 52.80 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined . The influence of X2 ( selection) to variable Y ( the performance of employees ) indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient ( r xy ) of 0.655 . While the R -square is 0.429 or 42.90 % , showing approximately 42.90 % variable Y ( the performance of the employee ) can be explained by the selection of variables ( X2 ) , or in practice it can be said that the contribution of selection (X2 ) to variable Y ( employee performance ) is 42.90 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined .The influence of variables X1 ( recruitment ) and X2 ( selection) to variable Y ( the performance of employees ) indicated by the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.565 , while the R -square value is 0.319 or 31.90 % , showing approximately 31.90 % variable Y can be explained by the recruitment process variable ( X1 ) and selection (X2 ) to variable Y ( the performance of the employee ) is 31.90 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined . Or proposed hypothesis can be accepted or recruitment process and se ; of selection has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT.
