Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel sumber data dilakukan dengan Teknik wawancara terhadap pemilik, karyawan dan beberapa konsumen UMKM di Tanahwari. The current business trend among the public, especially millennials, is the growth of the domestic coffee shop industry, one of which is Kopi Janji Jiwa. This study discusses positive emotions and hedonic motivation toward impulsive purchases in the online application of Soul Promise. The research took a sample of 96 respondents. In analyzing this study using the SPSS application by testing the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, F Test, T-Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. Salah satu kunci utama baiknya performa unit adalah dengan maksimalnya kinerja karyawan HINO yang bekerja onsite service di area Lahat mining dan hauling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja, kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja, motivasi terhadap kinerja, motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sensus, jumlah karyawan yang bekerja di area Lahat mining dan hauling saat ini sejumlah 41 responden. Metode analisa menggunakanan analisis jalur dengan SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Karakteristik Pekerjaan (Identitas Tugas dan Variasi Keterampilan) dan Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan. Halal branding adalah brand yang penamaannya diperbolehkan mengikuti ketentuan syariat Islam yaitu Al Quran dan Hadits. Halal branding dapat bersifat eksplisit ataupun implisit, asalkan brand tersebut mencerminkan suatu keadaan, kondisi atau komposisi yang sebenarnya dan tidak ada unsur penipuan terhadap konsumen. Kedua hal tersebut juga sering dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan ketika memilih produk kosmetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image dan halal branding terhadap motivasi / minat pembelian produk kosmetik mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam angkatan 2018 dan 2019. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel brand image tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi pembelian produk kosmetik. Sebagian besar penelitian berfokus pada kondisi fisik untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan karyawan, lebih sedikit yang berfokus pada keterikatan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan penghargaan terhadap keterikatan karyawan dan dampaknya pada kesejahteraan karyawan perusahaan di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 100 karyawan perusahaan di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasilnya menemukan bahwa efikasi diri dan penghargaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keterikatan karyawan. The sample selected one key informant and fifteen supporting informants, namely owners, employees and consumers of Sari Putra Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The data used is triangulation technique with observation, interviews and documentation. Fishbone Diagram analysis method with the formulation of the percentage of assessment, verification and conclusions. The results showed that the strategy for Tengteng products based on local wisdom in an effort to develop marketing on product identity brands was 75% and brand rights were 31%, packaging attractiveness was 50%, innovation in product quality was 100%, product variants were 75% and product design was 69%, in product information label 62% and 100% halal certification. The factors that hamper Tengteng's product strategy in an effort to develop marketing are brand rights at 31% and packaging attractiveness at 50% which are categorized as low. The innovations carried out by UMKM Sari Putra on tengteng products by modifying local wisdom on products consisting of local ingredients, local food production processes and local marketing with creativity that are accepted by all market segments. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Banjarmasin.The research population is the entire subject to be studied. The subjects studied here are all employees of PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Banjarmasin, totaling 80 (eighty) people.
