The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population of this research is the employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin, amounting to 102 people. Sampling uses probability sampling. The technique of data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents from Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin employees who were obtained using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on performance in Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 21.00 for windows.The results of the study concluded that the leadership and work discipline variables partially affect the performance of employees at the Banjarmasin City Education Office. Adaro Energy Tbk 2010-2017. The technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The population used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk, which is listed on the IDX. And the sample from financial statements is available for 32 periods (quarterly). The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) of 0.253 can be interpreted that the effect of Net Profit and Debt To Equity Ratio to Dividend is 25.3%. The remaining 74.4% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.503, indicating that there is a moderate relationship between Net Profit and Debt To Equity Ratio with Dividends. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0.015 <0.05 which means that together the value of Net Profit (X1) and Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) have a significant effect on dividends (Y). The results of this study can provide input for stakeholders in decision making to advance tourism in Hulu Sungai Tengah, in this case, can help increase the number of tourist visits in Hulu Sungai Tengah.. Simultaneously / thoroughly independent variables which include Cultural Factor Variables (X1), Social Factor Variables (X2), Personal Factor Variables (X3), and Psychological Factor Variables (X4) simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer decision making in determining Tourism Visits (Y ) in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The test results show that F count is greater than F table (F count = 267,457> F table = 3.81). The sample used in this research was 98 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The method used in this study is the use the type of probability sampling includes in the simple random sampling. The analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, and simultaneous test (F test).The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from value (Adjusted R2) of 0,473 can be interpreted that the effect of Food Quality and Perceived Value on consumer satisfaction is 4,73%. The remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.696, it shows that there is a strong relationship between food quality and perceived value with customer satisfaction. Sampoerna Agro Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017 with data analysis using fixed assets turn over (FATO) and return on assets (ROA). This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection methods using secondary data, namely library research and financial report documentation from PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from the period 2013 - 2017. The results of this study indicate the occurrence of fluctuations in income (ROA) at PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk. And experiencing an increase in (FATO) therefore PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk in processing assets owned is not optimal to generate sales. So that between income and fixed assets turn over is not balanced at PT. In addition, the motivation of this study also continued the research of Sayekti Suindyah Dwiningwarni (1997). The purpose of this study (1) to analyze the development of corporate financial performance from solvency and profitability ratios; (2) to analyze the measurement of the company's financial performance using solvency and profitability ratios. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method.The results of the study (1) the development of the company's financial performance in terms of solvency ratios experienced good development, this is indicated by the value of the solvency ratio that is getting better / better in fulfilling both short and long term obligations; (2) the development of the company's financial performance in terms of profitability ratios from experiencing good development, this is indicated by the value of the profitability ratio that is getting better / better in generating profits or profits; (3) measurement of company performance in terms of solvency ratio shows solvable conditions, meaning the assets is greater than the debt. (4) measurement of company performance in terms of profitability ratios shows good conditions, meaning the level of profits obtained from year to year has increased.
