The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of COVID-19 on lecturer performance and resource management. This research was conducted at the University of Subang on Jl. R.A. Kartini KM. 3 villages of Nyimplung, Pasirkareumbi, Kec. Subang, Subang Regency, West Java 41285. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. During the COVID-19 pandemic at the University of Subang, the lecturers' performance was less effective. It can be seen that lecturers teach not face-to-face but online. Lecturers give online lectures using Zoom, Google Classroom and Whatsapp Group. The use of Zoom and Google Meet media when delivering material to students is not without obstacles. Often, when online lectures are taking place, the internet network can be cut off or the signal is weak, and even the internet quota runs out, whether it happens to lecturers or students. Zoom technology which is free also has a time limit, and Google Meet also has a limit in the number of users. The biggest challenge when giving lectures online for approximately three months is how to know that the material we convey is sufficiently accepted and understood by students. Human Resource Management (MSDM) in the COVID-19 era at the University of Subang, namely (1) HR management, which must present a professional lecturer profession where the final output of the campus is able to produce graduates who are competent in their respective fields. (2) If one of the higher education tridharma instruments is neglected by the lecturer, for example lecturers and higher education institutions merely carry out educational and teaching functions on a regular basis and ignore other functions, then the lecturers and tertiary institutions will not have the passion as a professional education provider and in turn, it will have an impact on the low work culture of lecturers and universities. (3) Human Resources Management at the University of Subang requires lecturers to have the ability, work motivation, work discipline, work ethics, work culture, work ethic, and high work morale. Dimulai dengan refleksi pembelajaran yang menunjukkan bahwa ada masalah dalam pembelajaran (siswa masih kurang percaya diri dalam mengemukakan jawaban dari pertanyaan guru). Oleh karena itu, peneliti menentukan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick. Penelitian ini dikategorikan ke dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen untuk mengumpulkan data. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan pada bula Februari-April 2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick pokok bahasan konsep perubahan benda di SD Negeri 4 Andoolo Kabupaten Konawe Selatan telah diterapkan. Adapun aspek-aspek dalam efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick terdiri dari: (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick: Terlihat bagaimana saat siswa ikut berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. (2) Pembelajaran koperatif tipe Talking Stick: Ini dapat menambah daya cepat tanggap siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar yang berlangsung pada konsep perubahan benda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penunjang dan faktor penghambat pembelajaran bahasa inggris di SMP Negeri 7 dan SMP Negeri 23 Kabupaten Seluma. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah komparatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru mata pelajaran bahasa inggris di SMP Negeri 7 dan SMP Negeri 23 Kabupaten Seluma. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa faktor pendukung pembelajaran bahasa inggris di SMP Negeri 7 Seluma berupa kegiatan English Day lebih mampu meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran bahasa inggris di bandingkan pemebelajaran secara konvensional seperti yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 23 kabupaten Seluma. Faktor penghambat pada kedua sekolah ini adalah pembuatan RPS pembelajaran dan secara khusus pada SMP Negeri 23 Kabupaten Seluma belum terdapat laboratorium bahasa seperti di SMP Negeri 7 Kabupaten Seluma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas V SDIT Bina Insan Kamil Kota Depok Kota Depok. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 82 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa ditunjukan dengan analisis ststistik yang menghasilkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,93. Ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, sedang koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,86 atau sebesar 86%. Sisanya sebanyak 14% ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Rat-rata kemandirian belajar pada siswa sebesar 86% ditentukan oleh efikasi diri melalui persamaan regresi , artinya setiap kenaikan unit nilai efikasi diri akan menyebabkan kenaikan kemandirian belajar siswa sebesar 1,7 unit. The purpose of this study is to measure the influence of principal academic supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher teaching performance. Research method: descriptive analysis, quantitative approach, analysis technique using product moment correlation, determination and regression using correlational and regression techniques. Data collection of questionnaire. The population of this study are teachers, while the unit of analysis using sampling is done by using cluster random sampling technique. The result of data analysis found that the principal academic supervision on teachers' teaching performance was positively correlated. Teacher's motivation to teacher's performance is positively correlated. Similarly, principal academic supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher teaching performance simultaneously have a strong positive correlation. In the regression equation in this study marked positive, this indicates a positive influence, meaning that if there is a change of one unit of academic supervision supervisor and teacher work motivation, it will be followed by changes in teacher teaching performance. In conclusion, there is a significant influence of principal academic supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher teaching performance. From the results of these studies, the authors suggest: increasing teacher work motivation can be done through clinical supervision by conducting class visits, individual talks and group discussions to discuss problems faced by the teacher. Providing regular guidance to conduct self-evaluation in providing lessons to students. The main objective is student achievement. High student learning achievement is one indicator of the quality of education. Many things are thought to have a relationship with student achievement. Among others, discipline and teacher work motivation. Therefore, the focus of this study is to determine the degree of relationship between teacher discipline and work motivation with student achievement, both individually and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods, with data collection techniques using a Likert scale questionnaire, to 60 teachers. Processing of research results using regression analysis techniques. The significance test used the F-test. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher work discipline and student achievement. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher work motivation and student achievement. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline and teacher work motivation (together) simultaneously with student achievement. Starting from these conditions the authors suggest: (1) The results of the study have shown that operationally there is a significant relationship between teacher work discipline and student achievement. This means that improving the conditions of teacher work discipline can encourage increased student achievement. The condition of teacher work discipline based on the respondent's assessment is in a good category, except that discipline towards the rules is very good. The author suggests that to encourage the improvement of student achievement, so that time discipline and responsibility are increased through exemplary and tightened supervision from the principal. (2) According to the results of the study, the teacher work motivation factor also has a relationship with student achievement. According to the respondent's assessment, the work motivation of teachers is in the very good category, except for the aspects of the motivation and understanding of the teacher's school goals. Oleh karena ityu focus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan kemampuan majerial kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru baik parsial maupun ganda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala Likert, terhadap 51 orang guru. Pengolahan hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru madrasah. (2) Kemampuan manajerial kepala madrasah berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru madrasah. Salah satu parameter sekolah yang berkualitas adalah keefektivan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Kuat dugaan bahwa banyak faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Dalam penelitian ini menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh supervisi pengawas dan fungsi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru baik individual maupun ganda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala Likert, terhadap 85 orang guru. Pengolahan hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:  (1) Supervisi pengawas berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. (2) Fungsi manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. (3) Supervisi pengawas dan fungsi manajerial kepala sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri.  Bertolak dari kondisi tersebut penulis menyarankan: (1) Secara garis besar efektivitas kerja guru sudah bagus bahkan untuk dimensi kualitas kerja dan penilaian pihak luar sudah sangat bagus. Walaupun tidak signifikan supervisi pengawas masih ada pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Maka untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja guru dari sisi supervisi pengawas perlu memperhatikan dimensi motivasi dengan memberikan apresiasi yang lebih baik terhadap hasil kerja guru. (2) Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa dari sisi fungsi manajerial kepala sekolah, fungsi pelaksanaan termasuk yang paling lemah. Desain penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian survey. Sedangkan untuk tingkat eksplanasinya, penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian asosiatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh guru pada 30 SMA Swasta di Kabupaten Indramayu berjumlah 312 guru. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan rumus tertentu diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literature, angket, pengamatan dan wawancara. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan statistik inferensial yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah analisis korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana serta korelasi dan regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian menyimpukan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru SMA Swasta se Kabupaten Indramayu sebesar 44,5 %. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap disiplin kerja guru SMA Swasta se Kabupaten Indramayu sebesar 38,5 %,. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin kerja guru SMA Swasta se Kabupaten Indramayu sebesar 51,1 %. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey di mana penulis terjun langsung ke tataran empirik dengan menyebarkan angket terhadap 62 orang.Teknik pengolahan dan analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan perilaku organisasi terhadap etos kerja guru. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap etos kerja. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan perilaku dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap etos kerja guru. Bertolak dari kesimpulan tersebut penulis menyarankan, bahwa: (1) Etos kerja harus diupayakan selalu dalam kondisi bagus. Pada sisi perilaku organisasi dimensi komunikasi perlu ditingkatkan melalui program pertemuan rutin dengan guru dan memperbanyak kebersamaan.
