Quality human resources are produced by quality educational institutions and led by the head of the madrasah, which consistently improves the quality of madrasas. Therefore, to improve the quality of the madrasah, it is necessary to build a culture of quality. Leadership plays an important role in shaping a solid madrasa culture of quality. Based on the above considerations, the study aims to (1) describe the leadership style of the Madrasa in developing a quality madrasa culture, (2) describe the leadership steps of the head of the madrasas in the development of a quality madrasah culture, (3) describe a cultural reality of the quality of Madrasa, (4) explain the efforts of the leader of the Madrasa in removing resistance to the quality culture development. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach using case studies and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations of participants, and documentation. Analysis of research results shows that (1) the main madrasa style in developing a quality culture has five leadership styles: charismatic, democratic, participatory, deliberative, and aggressive. It's adapted to the situation and conditions. (2) Leadership steps in developing a culture of quality madrasa: (a) the head of the Madrasa articulates the vision and mission of impact on improving the quality culture of Madrasa. (b) The head of the Madrasa has the values of leadership that are believed to be translated into the life of the organization of the madrasas. (c) the symbol is a description of the organizational values that rained and preserved and reflect the uniqueness of the Madrasas; (d) the process of development of a quality culture passes through four stages, namely the preparation phase, the acceptance phases, the implementation phases and the commitment phases. (3) The cultural reality of the quality of MAN Lamongan is related to the values of the institution and the leadership of the head of the Madrasa in promoting relations with the staff. (4) The individual teacher's resistance exists in developing a culture of madrasa-quality. (2) The Reality of the Quality of Education Services at Bandung City Public MTs, and (3) The Relationship between Teacher Performance Assessment and the Quality of Education Services at Bandung City State MTs. This research is quantitative research using correlational methods. The data in this study were obtained by distributing a questionnaire with a Likert scale model consisting of four selected answers to 85 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study were instrument tests (validity and reliability), statistical analysis tests, hypothesis testing (Spearman's rank correlation test), and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the study show that: (1) Teacher performance evaluation at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Bandung City is included in the moderate category, which is equal to 3.58 from the results of data processing of 85 respondents; (2)The quality of education services at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Bandung, is included in the medium category, which is equal to 3.15 from the results of data processing of 85 respondents; (3) Based on the results of calculating the correlation between variable X and variable Y, a correlation coefficient of 0.573 is obtained, including the coefficient category of 0.51-0.75 meaning that there is a relationship that is quite large or strong enough. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between teacher performance assessment and the quality of education services at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bandung City. The results of the correlation test calculation show that the significance of teacher performance assessment with the quality of educational services is 0.000 0.05. The results of the correlation test calculation are positive, which means that if the results of the performance assessment carried out on the teacher are good, the service provided by the teacher is also good. Madrasahs are still often given second place and marginalized by some groups in terms of the quality of education. Madrasahs are considered unable to involve the community in preparing their children to face life following the progress of the times. In fact, society has a very strong influence on whether an educational institution advances or not. The purpose of this research is to determine the importance of community relations that are formed or function in a madrasa. The community or parents and local residents can participate actively and function optimally and can become accurate informants about the development and progress of a madrasa. Awareness of improving quality in a madrasa can reduce public misunderstandings about everything that develops in a madrasa. Community criticism and suggestions can become an evaluation and reflection for the progress of a madrasa. The method in this research uses a literature review approach. The purpose of this study is to explain the theoretical basis of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, which places students at the center of learning, the role of prophetic education in shaping educational awareness in students, and Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka from the perspective of prophetic education. The research uses qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. Sources of research data are taken from journals, papers, and other literature on the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy, which is student-centered learning; prophetic education in shaping educational awareness in students; and the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka policy seen from the perspective of prophetic education. The study results show that through the student-centered learning approach, students have a more authentic learning experience. This experience must be supported by the internalization of monotheistic values to form a solid educational awareness. Prophetic education can guide students in integrating humanization, liberation, and transcendence into independent learning. The urgency of extracurricular management, apart from streamlining talent interest training, also plays a role in realizing educational goals, namely developing student creativity. Moreover, Indonesia's creativity index (GCI) is still low. So the management of robotic extracurriculars has relevance in welcoming the era of society 5.0, namely creating creative human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of robotic extracurricular activities in developing the creativity of students in the 5.0 social era at SDIT Ahmad Yani Malang. Retrieval of data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation study Data analysis involves condensing data, presenting data, and verifying data. Checking the validity of the data with a credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The research conducted at SDIT Ahmad Yani Malang used a qualitative research approach with a case study type of research. The results of the research conducted show that (1) the planning of robotic extracurricular activities to develop the creativity of students in the 5.0 social era at SDIT Ahmad Yani Malang has been running effectively. This is marked by the preparations that have been made in such a way as to develop creativity through an early semester meeting and MOU cooperation with robotics. (2) The implementation of robotic extracurricular activities has been running effectively with the use of PjBL, STEM, demonstrations, and fun learning strategies. (3) The evaluation of robotic extracurricular activities also runs effectively with ongoing monitoring. Besides that, checking the effectiveness of robotic extracurricular management uses the 5M elements (people, methods, materials, machines, and money). This is influenced by the teacher's teaching behavior to create a conducive learning atmosphere so that learning can run effectively. The role of the teacher is very important in designing a good lesson plan in preparing teaching materials. Modifying teaching patterns is sometimes difficult for teachers who lack this ability, so the role of this clinical supervision activity is as a place of guidance to assist the development of teacher professionalism in teaching. The process of clinical supervision is carried out face-to-face between supervisors and teachers. The supervision process is basically centered on the analysis of discussing matters relating to the teaching and learning process, the analysis is carried out based on evidence of observations that occur in the classroom. Clinical supervision is carried out based on complaints or problems from the teacher which are conveyed to the supervisor. The more often supervision activities are carried out, the more motivation the teacher can develop in developing his teaching skills. Therefore, the principle of clinical supervision is centered on efforts to meet teacher needs so that there must be collaboration and openness between supervisors and teachers in conveying ideas. The purpose of supervision is to find out the teacher's ability to teach while observing developments.
