Principals and supervisors must have skills in analyzing and compiling reports on the implementation of supervision based on data, objective facts as an independent work area in the education system. This research is a library research using content analysis method. In carrying out the analysis of the results of observation and supervision, principals and supervisors refer to: the results of learning planning, learning implementation and learning assessment results. The next step taken by the Principal and Supervisor is to compile a supervision report which is used as a document containing notes about the work carried out by the principal and supervisor. As we know, the Covid-19 outbreak limits the space for people to move in activities, especially the learning process in schools. So that the existence of an independent learning policy can provide solution steps to overcome the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a literature review approach with a descriptive qualitative method. The results show that threats and weaknesses still dominate the existing strengths and opportunities, the availability of human resources, information technology facilities and support from the government authorities are still clashed with the reality of the field in society that is still unable to master technology and budget constraints in managing and supporting the successful implementation of the independent learning policy. during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is also what the Ministry of Education and Culture has done in an effort to prevent the spread of the Corona virus. But apart from all that, the important thing to examine from the existence of this policy is related to its implementation. The policy of implementing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic can be said to be the right policy if in its implementation it can strive to achieve learning effectiveness. The purpose of this research is to: 1) to know the implementation of the zoning system policy on the admission of new learners (PPDB) level of public junior high school 10 Jember 2019/2020 school year. 2) To know the opinions of the community (parents) on the implementation of the zoning system policy on the acceptance of new learners (PPDB) level of junior high school in public junior high school 10 Jember school year 2019/2020. The research methods in this study use a type of qualitative descriptive research with normative and empirical approaches. The data collection techniques used are library studies and field studies with observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis of data in this study uses inductive qualitative data analysis, data or information that has been selected collected and then grouped according to the details of each issue. This research aims to know and investigate hidden curriculum management, effectiveness and impact on learning at Integrative TPQ of Roudhotul Ulum. The research methods used are qualitative with a case study approach, and data collection techniques based on interview results, observations and documentation from the field. The results of this research are HC management processes consisting of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. This paper examines the TQM approach in developing a quality school model. The achievements made by a quality school can be seen in the context of student achievement, both academic and non-academic. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the type of research used is library research, which is collecting data or scientific papers related to the object of research or data collection that is library in nature.
