Even though it only has one field, the field is used for various activities. The students are still able to achieve achievements through extracurricular activities, especially in sports. This research aims to investigate the implementation of the management of extracurricular sports facilities and infrastructure as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the stages of Transcript, Coding, Grouping, Comparing Contrasting, and Interpretation. The validity of the data is strengthened by source triangulation. The research results show that the management of facilities and infrastructure can run smoothly according to the vision and mission of the Ar-Rahmat Bojonegoro Modern Islamic Boarding School. The process involves planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. Supporting factors for implementation include quality human resources, internal school cooperation, external assistance, as well as awareness and participation of students and teachers. Inhibiting factors include lack of field space, incidental programs not included in the work program, budget limitations, and decisions that depend on foundation policy. Various innovations continue to be made by the government to improve the technology-based education system. The government policy, namely the School Literacy Movement (SLM), contains one of its components: digital literacy. This is one form of the education government's response to technological advances and making use of them. However, the implementation could be more optimal because the use of technology in this school should be carried out as it should. This research was conducted using library research, namely by collecting various articles by reading, taking notes, and managing various sources. The results of this study indicate that hoax news is still being spread. Namely, the information obtained needs to be filtered first. This, of course, also occurs because technology facilitates access to various information. Student delinquency in digital use is also a form of failure, and many students still abuse the use of technology. The discussion reveals the concepts and implications of the role of educational management in the context of two Islamic boarding school-based schools using multi-site qualitative research methods. Data was obtained through closed interviews, documentation, and discussion forums to fulfill the research, and then the data was analyzed through triangulation. Educational management at both schools plays a crucial role in emphasizing student character formation. Developing a curriculum oriented towards character education and implementing character education programs is the main focus in producing graduates who are academically superior and have good character. With a directed and integrated approach, MA Al Qodiri Jember and MBI Amantul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto emphasized that character education is not just an addition but the essence of education itself, which forms quality individuals who are ready to contribute positively to society. This is related to a teaching method or system in the classroom and there are still many school institutions that still have low levels of human resources in teaching at these institutions. Of course, from this incident, a school institution requires supervisors to supervise teachers or develop guides, and motivate them so that the quality of teachers improves much better and makes them professional teaching staff. Thus, this research aims to answer questions regarding the role of supervisors in the formation of teachers' professional competence. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive nature. The data collection used is documentation sourced from literature, articles, books, and other scientific papers that are relevant and related to the theme in the title. The data analysis technique is obtained through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. In the context of Islamic educational institutions, the application of this leadership style is expected to improve the quality of education, build a positive work culture, and encourage the holistic development of the potential of students and staff. This research aims to explore the importance of the role of transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions and its impact on various aspects of operations and learning. The research uses a qualitative approach with this type of literature study research using data collection techniques using several literature studies such as books, scientific journals, and supporting documentation. The results of this research show that transformational leadership is critical in facing contemporary challenges and ensuring that Islamic educational institutions do not only focus on academic achievement but also on developing student character through Islamic values. There are many phenomena that researchers have found in several Islamic educational institutions, for example: many teachers resign every year, they lack motivation and awareness of their duties as teachers or carry out their duties only because of rewards or punishments, and a lack of trust and loyalty towards school institutions. By implementing this transformational leadership style, it provides several positive impacts, the role of the principal is a model, encouraging subordinate performance, harmonizing the work environment, empowering employees, acting based on a value system, continuously improving their abilities, and having the ability to overcome complex situations. Learning objectives can be effectively achieved if teachers can manage the media needs of each teaching material and use it appropriately. The post-pandemic learning process is felt to be less meaningful and tends to be boring for students, so teachers must be able to innovate in choosing and creating learning media that can motivate students to learn. This study aims to determine the benefits and effects of using \"KARCIL\" media in improving the science literacy of students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The focus of the paper lies in the use of \"KARCIL\" media in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects with a quantitative approach of the field research model through interviews and observations and the distribution of questionnaires to students used as samples. The results of the study obtained were (1) There was a significant influence between the use of \"KARCIL\" media on science literacy skills students, amounting to 0.001 with a confidence level of 10%, (2) There was a significant influence between self-motivation and science literacy ability of 0.011 with a confidence level of 10% and (3) There is a significant influence between the value of the coefficient of determination for the Nagelkerke model of 64% and 36% influenced by other factors that are not studied. This article uses a type of qualitative research with a type of library research, by collecting literature or materials sourced from books, journals and other related sources. PTI's service marketing strategy consists of 6 strategies in which these six strategies are not a sequence that reflects the stages of the steps, but a single strategy that can be carried out simultaneously or separately, including: SWOT analysis, identification of consumers and their needs, utilization of marketing channels and models, optimizing PTI's marketing agency, building public trust, and marketing mix. The research was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Jagat’ Arsy, with KH Budi Rahman Hakim, PhD (Abah Jagat) as the head of the Islamic boarding school as the research subject. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study followed the following procedures: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. The results of this research explain the leadership styles applied by Abah Jagat in enhancing teacher motivation, which involves one leadership style and, in certain aspects, different leadership styles. The dominant leadership styles applied are charismatic and transformational leadership, although, on the other hand, an authoritarian leadership style is also implemented. The key informant in this research is the head of the computer laboratory. While the supporting informants were the Head of School, Deputy Head of School for Facilities and Infrastructure, Deputy Head of School for Curriculum, and students. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Jombang. Based on the results of research on computer laboratory management including planning activities or goals for managing computer laboratories as well as organizing which includes the selection of good human resources and the preparation of organizational structures, the implementation of evaluation which is a managerial activity here also describes how to increase hard skills in the multimedia field. {"title":"Evaluasi Dampak Manajemen Pendidikan Terhadap Bullying Pada Peserta Didik","authors":"Devi Damayanti","doi":"10.18860/rosikhun.v3i1.23773","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18860/rosikhun.v3i1.23773","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact of educational management strategies and policies on the level of incidence and intensity and measure student, teacher and parent perceptions of the effectiveness of elementary school management in dealing with bullying; The research method used is descriptive qualitative; The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation; Data analysis used with Miles and Humbermen's theory is how to collect data, reduce data, present data, and draw conclusions; Data validity checking techniques using source and technique triangulation; The subjects in this research were the principal, head of curriculum, class teachers, and students; According to the results of this research, 1) Evaluation of the impact of the strategies that emerged included: religious learning strategies, teacher strategies through social care character education, collaboration strategies between teachers and parents in the form of parenting and school principal policies in dealing with bullying, so that students become more accustomed to and discipline in behavior at school and minimizing bullying behavior. 2) Measuring teachers' perceptions, namely acting decisively, anti-bullying campaigns, anti-bullying mentoring, classical and individual guidance, friendly attitudes, and providing instructions and understanding to students.
