The significance of the contribution can be seen from the perspective of the number of students who live in rural areas and those who have financial problems can experience adequate education through distance education. The method in this paper is a literature study which is library research. Literature research is a series of activities related to library data collection methods. Literature study is also a theoretical study, references and other scientific literature related to culture, values and norms related to the social situation under study. From a historical perspective, distance education is seen from three phases of development; the introductory phase, from the 1950s to 1983, the socialization phase from 1984 to 1993, and the innovation phase from 1994 to the present. Correspondence studies and Palapa satellites were categorized as instructional delivery systems in the introductory phase, radio communication systems in the socialization phase, and cassettes, slide tape programs, videos, television, Nusantara 21 electronic communication systems, and video conferencing technology used to deliver instructional messages in this phase. innovation. Although various models of distance education such as study correspondence, Palapa satellite, radio communication systems, audio cassettes, slide programs, tapes, videos, television, electronic communication systems, and video conferencing technology have been applied in many subject matter.Keywords. Penelitian ini membahas tentang, 1) Pengertian manajemen humas di pesantren, 2) Tujuan manajemen humas di pesanten dan 3) Implementasi humas di pesantren. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Humas di pondok pesantren juga harus menyentuh tatanan masyarakat, agar masyarakat dapat memahami akan pentingnya pondok pesantren dan berpasrtisipasi didalamnya untuk peningkatan pondok pesantren. 2) Tujuan humas di pondok pesantren adalah meningkatkan aspirasi masyarakat, memberikan kesadaran akan pentingnya berakhlaqul karimah dan mencari dukungan dari masyarakat bagaimana kiranya pondok pesantren dapat berkembang sebagaimana mestinya. 3) Implementasi pondok pesantren tidak dapat dipisahkan dari pentinganya peran pengasuh, masyarakat, dan alumni dalam turut serta mengembangkan kualitas pondok pesantren An-Nasyiin.Kata Kunci: Manajemen; Humas; Pondok PesantrenAbstractIslamic boarding schools have a very important role, the existence of Islamic boarding schools must be able to meet the demands of the community by utilizing the potential that exists in an area. This study discusses, 1) Definition of public relations management in Islamic boarding schools, 2) Objectives of public relations management in Islamic boarding schools and 3) Implementation of public relations in Islamic boarding schools. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah pemaparan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini menginformasikan bahwa: 1. Pelaksanaan kepramukaan dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen yang kemudian oleh pihak sekolah memberi kepercayaan kepada Pembina pramuka yang meliputi bidang kegiatan dan operasional, bidang teknik kepramukaan dan bidang pengabdian masyarakat; 2. Upaya pembinaan pramuka dalam pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen yaitu dengan membangun dan mengembangkan anggotnya untuk memiliki kepribadian yang baik dan mandiri sehingga memiliki sikap kepemimpinan dan sosial kemasyarakatan; 3. Factor pendukung yang harus dimanfaatkan dan factor penghambat yang harus diminimalisirkan dengan penuh kebijaksanaan. Pengelolaan kepramukaan di SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen sudah unggul di Kab. Bireuen dibuktikan dengan perolehan juara terbaik 1 pada tahun 2018 dan tahun 2019 tingkat Kab/Kota. Lembaga pondok pesantren merupakan sebuah tempat pembelajaran agama Islam yang memiliki nilai histori tinggi, dan juga memiliki kontribusi dalam historis Negara ini, tentunya dalam melestarikan adanya pesantren perlu adanya perhatian khusus, dan dalam tulisan ini memiliki konsen terhadap dasar hukum dan landasan kepengurusan dalam memerhatikan mutu seiring perkembangan zaman. Pondok pesantren adalah sebuah instansi yang diakui dan dinaungi oleh kementerian agama republik indonesia , yang berorientasi terhadap pendalaman Ilmu Agama, dipimpin oleh seorang Kyai dan peserta didiknya yang disebut dengan Santri. Perkembangan pondok pesantren dari Tradisional bertrasformasi menjadi pesantren Modern, baik dari bahasa, gaya berpakaian, pendidikan, dan orientasinya. The discussion in this study is focused on the problems of the lower middle class in providing education funds and managing education funds. Interviews were conducted on several respondents, and the results of the interviews were analyzed to obtain emic data and ethical data as a result of the research. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis (1) upaya humas dalam membangun, memelihara kerjasama dengan DUDI, (2) strategi humas dengan DUDI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan siswa di SMKN 2 Ponorogo (3) implikasi humas dengan DUDI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan siswa di SMKN 2 Ponorogo. Melaluippendekatan kualitatif, dengannmetode deskriptif, teknikkpengumpulan data dilakukannmelalui wawancara, observasi, dannstudi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitiannadalah Humas, ketua program keahlian, kepala sekolah. This study aims to illustrate the principal's strategy in developing the quality of Islamic elementary schools in Integrated Islamic Elementary School of Iqro Karangploso Malang. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research used a qualitative research as the method. The observation, interviews, and documentation become data collection procedure for this research. For checking the validity of the data, this research is using data triangulation techniques that is divided into three stages, explicitly triangulation techniques, time, and sources. Data analysis is carried out into three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. The results of this study shows that the method of learning the Qur'an at the Zainun Nafi Science Park used the Ummi method. The implementation of the Ummi method in learning the Qur'an at Zainun Nafi Science Park has been running well and in accordance with the system proposed by the Ummi Foundation, both in terms of learning materials, achievement targets, and learning stages. Resorting to the activities, 7 stages of learning must be passed such as opening, appreciating, planting concepts, understanding concepts, practicing, evaluating, and closing. Al-Qur'an learning is carried out from Monday to Friday with a duration of 60 minutes. The learning process uses the classical method of reading and listening, the time required to complete the material for 40 meetings, and it can be faster than the predetermined target. The main elements of the Ummi method are Ummi's 3 strengths, namely methods, systems, and quality teachers. Each method certainly has advantages and disadvantages for its application in an institution and overcome the shortcomings of the application of the Ummi method.
