Combining these two interests is what makes educational institutions their own characteristics. Because of that, techniques and ways to manage information that are professional, efficient and effective to the public are needed. The approach used is a qualitative approach and the form of research is library research. Data collection techniques using documentation that traces from various kinds of literature and data analysis using critical analysis of research documents. Leadership is an ability or strength within a person to influence others in terms of work, in order to achieve common goals. A strong leader seeks to be responsible to subordinates about the implementation of common goals. In order for each member to be responsible, all member participate in all activities, planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating. Each member has a valuable ability in an effort to achieve a common goal. Changes in leadership and collaboration are expected to motivate teacher performance in the spirit of working to achieve common goals. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a descriptive type. The location of this research is MAN Sampang. Data collection techniques using observation, interviewa, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The result of this study indicate that the change in leadership style used by the principal understands the background of its members, has a clear goal in leadership change and the right strategy. The leadership style strategy used by the principal is openness in making decisions in implementing a program, implementing school based management aimed at improving school quality, and having a strong control system. Qualitative approach with a single case study design; researchers as instruments; data sources include caretakers of Islamic boarding schools, heads of foundations, administrators, ustadz and students of Islamic boarding schools; data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Learning planning for IBS Al Hamra Dau Malang in principle is equipped with a Learning Implementation Plan. The teaching and learning process is carried out every Monday-Friday, the ustadz conveys the subject matter using the classical material delivery method in four halaqoh, and ends with a deposit. This study aims to analyze the role of the media and public relations techniques in the context of educational institutions. Educational institutions have a big responsibility to convey information to the public, both through print media and through direct communication with stakeholders. So that the media and public relations techniques play a very important role in building a positive image of educational institutions and maintaining good relations with the public. This research uses secondary data obtained through literature studies, scientific journals, books, articles, and other sources of information related to media topics and public relations techniques in educational institutions. The data is analyzed systematically and critically to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts, theories and practices related to the use of media and public relations techniques in an educational context. The results of this study indicate that the media and public relations techniques play an important role in building a positive image of educational institutions, increasing stakeholder engagement, and increasing effective communication between educational institutions and the community. The use of public media such as newspapers, television, radio, and social media has opened new opportunities for educational institutions to convey information widely and quickly to the public. Public relations techniques such as press conferences, promotional activities, and direct interaction with the community are also an important part of the educational institution's communication strategy. The role of media in public relations in educational institutions is very important and diverse. One of the indicators of the decline in student learning achievement is the odd Midterm Test (UTS) results in 2021/2022 which was carried out in October 2021. From 25 students who took part in UTS, KKM scores were obtained that did not meet the completion of learning. In the results of the UTS odd semester 2021/2022 which was held in September 2021, data was obtained that the average score of grade 7 students was still below the KKM score in each field of study. This study aims to determine the influence of types of extracurricular activities and discipline on the learning achievement of students of MTs. Almaarif 02 Singosari Malang for the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used to analyze the data used logit regression with 25 active students. Indicators for determining student learning achievement using a scale of likes 1-4. The results showed that in Model logistic regression the level of influence of extracurricular types and discipline was at a fairly complete and complete level with mathematical models: [Y1=2]=10.356+0.557 X1+0.355 X2 dan  It can be concluded that extracurricular types have a significant influence on learning achievement with a significance value of 0.069 less than the error level of 10% and student discipline variables do not have a significant influence on learning achievement in grade 7 students of MTs. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a literature study method, researchers use several books, journals, and the results of recent observations as references. The findings reveal that parents' participation in improving the quality of educational institutions is because 1) the position of parents is very vital in educational institutions, including the results of their contributions in the form of thoughts, skills (certain expertise that a person has and can be applied in an activity), energy, property, and money. The purpose of this study is to reveal the principles of madrasas in improving teacher learning in the era of smart society 5.0. The principal's strategy for improving teacher learning must be acceptable and relevant to student learning objectives. This study uses the results of a literature review of several sources. The results show that the principal's method for improving teacher learning is to carry out a series of activities in the form of professional services to assist teachers in developing their abilities (competencies) to better manage the learning process. In an era of disruption where all digital channels are added, plus very fast access to information, the teacher is the central point of improving the quality of education as an impact on the quality of the learning process, teacher professionalism needs to continue to grow and develop so that teachers can carry out their duties professionally.
