This paper selects “ Yī Jiàn Xiǎo Shì ” in Lu Xun’s collection “ Call to Arms ” as the object of study, taking hypotaxis and parataxis as the starting point, and compares the translation of Yang Hsien-yi and Gladys Yang with the original version, studying the differences between the them in the process of C-E translation. In recent years, in line with the changes in the new 108-year social curriculum, supporting strategies have been proposed: such as literacy orientation, inquiry and practice, learning process archives, and the structural direction of the controversial Chinese history into East Asian history. Historical learning has indeed had a great impact on the people’s national spiritual education and the development of historical consciousness in Taiwan’s education policy. This is the reason Taiwan’s Ministry of Education strives to improve students’ historical literacy and connotation application abilities. When developing a learning policy, both external and internal learning factors need to be considered. The external aspect deals with the reasons for learning: Is learning for the purpose of using or accumulating historical wisdom in daily life to learn from the past and the present, on the other hand, to test the content of the course and the degree of absorption; or is it specifically for exams or other enlightenment purposes. The internal aspect involves those most affected by the policy: students and teachers. After studying and observing high school history learning policies for decades, some alternative future visions for history learning were found in the method of reflection on future research—the conclusion is that history is interestingly revitalized, and the preferred future is thematic history. According to the famous futurology scholar Sohail Inayatuallah’s proposal: the causal layering model. It helps understand how Taiwan’s historical policies operate. And how teachers and students on the front line respond to changes and take future actions. The key is to change the future: in the process of building an alternative future, whether the internal and external mix has changed or whether you want to try new things and expand your horizons. In fact, the difficulty of teaching lies in students’ cooperation and conscious learning. The poem conversely demonstrates art and life, the aesthetic and the political, are fully interwoven: the involvement in the social world which is symbolically the destination of the Lady in the poem. The Lady who is the emblem of such an artwork can be ascribed qualities, for instance, self-containment, objectified otherness, removal from the fluidity of life, and participation in a higher order of existence, for which it is autonomy. Kermode points out that “the Romantic artwork often identifies itself with an emblematic image of autonomy and femininity”, inextricably interlinked. Her mirror shows her only “Shadows of the world”. The Lady’s web flies “Out” and floats “wide” when she “turns round” with “that desire of making an impression upon another mind”, when she seeks to address Lancelot. The mirror reconnects the Lady’s art to the real world beyond her window. Though the artist is unable to see it during the process of production, her artistic web, once out in a wider space than the tower and freed from the loom, is a true representation of outward things, the actions, and events of Camelot. This paper examines that the traditional referentiality of Tennyson’s ‘The Lady of Shalott’ can be better understood by supplementing the poet’s medieval sources, of little more than tangential relevance to the poem, with Homeric influences. The poem is similar to a fairytale, however, I have given an alternate reality of the Lady of Shallot in my version of a fairytale, where the characters remain the same but the fairytale takes a happy ending rather than a tragic death. My version is different from Tennyson’s since I believe the lady deserves to be jovial. Sir Lancelot was unaware of her fascination and feelings for him, as she could hardly express her feelings due to her imprisonment. She is so taken by him that she stops her work and looks at Camelot, though she risks the mysterious curse. The mirror breaks and her web magically floats out of the window on its own. Naipaul’s short story collection Miguel Street are more typical in the female characters. This paper attempts to analyze the typical female tragic characters in the book. Starting from their stories and experiences, it deeply explores the survival pressure and challenges faced by females on the post-colonial land under the influence of colonial rule. Since the 18th National Congress, series of important discussions have been proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping around ideological work, and the domestic theoretical circle has launched a systematic, comprehensive and in-depth study of ideological identity from different subject areas and levels, and has achieved a series of important results. This paper takes the mainstream ideological identity of college students as the starting point, and combines the questionnaire to analyze the current status of mainstream ideological identity of college students from two dimensions: theory and practice. First, it summarizes and analyzes the current status of mainstream ideological identity of college students through the questionnaire, and explores its existing problems and influencing factors. The second is to find out the reasons for the pluralistic ideology of some college students from different research perspectives.
