In the context of globalization, cross-cultural communication skills are crucial for foreign language majors. This study aims to investigate and empirically study the strategies adopted by foreign language majors in universities in cross-cultural communication, and analyze the effectiveness and influencing factors of these strategies. The research results can provide targeted training strategies for foreign language education in universities. This study elaborates on the concepts and characteristics of cross-cultural communication, and explores the theoretical basis of cross-cultural communication strategies. Through a survey of foreign language majors in universities, their cross-cultural communication awareness, abilities, and implementation were analyzed. Explored the impact of personal factors, socio-cultural factors, and educational factors on cross-cultural communication strategies. An empirical study was designed, including research questions, hypotheses, methods, sample and data collection, as well as data analysis methods. In the empirical research results and analysis section, an overview and detailed analysis of the research results were provided, and discussions were conducted. Using a combination of literature review and secondary data analysis, the study reveals the nuances of policy making in the two countries. A thorough exploration of the social consequences of these policies provides a holistic view of their real-world implications. The analyses reveal commendable strengths and apparent weaknesses in the strategies employed by Japan and South Korea. Based on this, the study presents viable recommendations for effective policy transfer, incorporating best practices from both countries. Finally, the study provides a succinct summary of its findings, highlighting the inherent limitations of the research conducted. Leading students into the course is very important. If students can be deeply attracted from the first lesson of each course, the subsequent teaching process will be smoother, and the teaching effect will be better. we lead students into the course attractively by using a question \"When did humans separate from other animals?\" and a science fiction novel called Heard the Truth in the Morning. We selected content related to the question from the novel and make a video. After watching the video, the students were inspired in thinking about that question. After a series of reflections, the students had a deep understanding of the great significance of walking upright. Next, we can organize students to debate whether \"walking upright\" or \"using tools\" can better distinguish humans from animals. Three hundred college students were selected by random sampling method, and the data were collected by the questionnaire of childhood subjective socioeconomic status and the scale of humanizing perception. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between childhood subjective socioeconomic status and self-humanizing perception (r=.229, p<.01), and that of others (r=.156, p<.01). Childhood subjective socioeconomic status significantly predicted the self-humanizing perception (β=0.238, p<.001) and others (β=0.223, p<.001). The conclusion was that the childhood subjective socioeconomic status and humanizing perception of college students are above the average level. Based on the cultural scheme theory, this paper selects Zhou Wenbiao’s English translation of the Meditative Notes in Solitude as the research text. Then, according to Nida’s division of cultural types, the examples are categorized into ecological, material, social and religious cultural schemata. Moreover, the bar charts are used to show the quantitative weights of each schemata examples.
