Currently, some colleges and universities take rugby as the basis for their physical education teaching practices, and also integrate it into my country’s physical education. In the process of guiding and encouraging students, it is essential to cultivate and improve students’ physical qualities, and ensure that they can master the skills and core of rugby. Thus, they can better achieve the individual growth and development. Compared with other sports games, however, Rugby developed late in our country, making many teachers and students have a relatively simple understanding of it. Therefore, in the process of introducing this sport, we teachers should make full preparations to pay attention to different details and influencing factors, as well as actively cultivate students’ awareness of active participation. Gradually, students can master the sports skills and styles suitable for themselves, and form a new understanding of rugby. From a macro perspective, this paper aims to understand the necessity of introducing rugby into college physical education and related measures through combining theoretical analysis and time research. Based on the theory of domestication and foreignization of Venuti, the research analyzes the translation strategies applied by Zhao Yanchun in rendering the Sanzijing into Three Word Primer in English Rhyme from its form and content, and finds that the translation is almost completely foreignized in terms of form and is highly domesticated in terms of content, successfully reproducing the sound effect, rhyme and literariness of the Sanzijing. However, inevitably, the ideological content and cultural connotation in the source text are damaged, which goes against to the goal of cultural communication and may even cause misinterpretation. This paper affirms the necessity to consider literariness in the translation of classic books, but we should not pay too much attention to the foreignization of form and let the content to cater to the form, resulting in the loss of thoughts and culture embodied in classic books. Contrary to the booming economy of Taiwan, the international status of the region has been in tatters. After the Restoration of the lawful rights of the People's Republic of China in the United Nations, the Taiwan authorities have completely lost the international recognition of representing the whole of China, and the legitimacy of the martial law rule based on this has been gradually eroded. With the authoritarian rule in danger, the society of Taiwan is in urgent need of reforms. The emergence of a large and self-centered middle class became an important stimulus for Taiwan's democratic transition, and the 1980s saw the rise of social movements in Taiwan, with the idea of \"Taiwan's independence\" being raised more and more frequently in the course of exchanges with the Kuomintang (KMT) authorities. Phrases are a special lexical level of any language, reflecting the culture of the people and are widely used in various fields of communication. The aim of this paper is to study animal phrases in English and Russian. Firstly, phraseology is studied as a science, phrases are categorized and the concept of \" animal \" is defined. The second part of the discussion is devoted to the semantic classification of English and Russian phrases with the word \"animal\" and their comparative analysis. The semantic character of the phrases depends on the semantics of the animal words, which reflect the everyday experience of Russians and Englishmen, their historical and cultural experience, their national mentality and the uniqueness of their evaluation of the world around them. The study of English and Russian phrases allows us to gain a deeper insight into the history and character of the two peoples, to compare the pictures and imagery of the two countries, and thus to better understand their languages. Both languages play a fundamental role in our time.
