The 21st century has witnessed the “going global” of the Chinese culture gradually developing into a national strategy. Under this overall background, this book has been studied from various perspectives such as Western rhetoric theory, audience awareness, the image of China it presents, the strategy of translating culture-loaded words involved and the complex philosophical thoughts explained within and so on, among which, however, a systematic study on the translation of its key terms of Chinese culture is in dire need currently in translation community since it is a book that aims to deliver the great and profound Chinese culture to Western readers. Therefore, following Susan Bassnett’s Cultural Translation Theory, from the perspective of cultural fidelity and the acceptability of English readers, this thesis discusses and analyzes the translations of the representative terms of Chinese culture, such as “仁(ren)”, “礼(li)”, “自然(zi-ran)”, “无为(wu-wei)”, “天(tian)” and “龙(long)”, to examine whether they accurately convey the cultural connotations or to some extent may lead to cultural misunderstandings. Taking Shichun Village in Wuyuan County as a typical case, this study discusses the activation and utilization methods and strategies of Hui style architecture. Through this study, we find that the revitalization and utilization of ancient residential buildings in Huizhou should be strategically renovated and restored in combination with modern needs on the basis of protecting traditional culture, and giving full play to their unique artistic and cultural value. At the same time, the practical case of Shichun Village in Wuyuan County provides an important reference for the activation and utilization of ancient residential buildings. As the internet and digital technologies become integral to daily life, concerns have grown regarding the consequences of excessive internet use, particularly problematic internet use (PIU). The review starts by systematically assessing the increasing prevalence of internet use among young individuals, emphasizing the need to differentiate regular usage from PIU. It also explores problematic smartphone use and its connection to psychopathology, especially anxiety and depression, which share characteristics with behavioral addiction. Furthermore, the review investigates longitudinal trends in internet use and trust levels among American adults and late adolescents from 1972 to 2012. It reveals a significant decline in trust and confidence, potentially associated with increased internet use. The review also examines the prevalence of Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD) and its co-occurrence with depression, offering insights into the diagnostic criteria for IGD. In summary, this comprehensive literature review underscores the need for further research to understand the evolving dynamics and develop effective interventions related to internet use. It emphasizes the bidirectional relationship between internet use and mental health and highlights the relevance of diminishing trust and confidence. It substantiates the individual meaning of the lesbian experience, which is not only a survival mechanism for Celie, who exists as the “other” to live in a world dominated by whites and males, but also a catalyst for her personal growth, self-discovery, and empowerment. Furthermore, it also analyzes how Walker’s descriptions of Celie’s lesbian love break the silence of lesbian erasure based on the salvific wish imposed on lesbian women within the black community and deconstruct “unnatural” lesbianism under heteronormality. The research design used was a group pretest-posttest design. The main problem in this research is whether the prototype curriculum policy is effectively implemented in mathematics learning for class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Kajen. This type of research is pre-experimental research. The research results show that: (1) The average score of students' mathematics learning outcomes before the prototype curriculum was implemented in mathematics learning was 22.8 and was deficient. These results showed that 25 students, or 100%, had yet to reach the KKM, which meant that classical completion had not been achieved. (2) The average score of students' mathematics learning outcomes after implementing the mathematics learning prototype curriculum is 85 and is in the high category. These results found that 24 out of 25 students, or 96% achieved the KKM, which means that classical completion was achieved. (3) The average percentage of student activity is 83%, if it is linked to the student activity criteria, namely 75%, then student activity reaches the active criteria. (4) The student response questionnaire showed that 97% responded positively to mathematics learning.
