A six-monthly Work Plan is currently requested from project managers that is filled in a format made in a text editor, which indicates each of the activities to be developed for the Project, as well as the corresponding deliverable products, among other data, it is physically delivered to the controller. Sometimes it is misplaced by human error, therefore, you do not have the evidence to be able to follow up in time and form. Therefore, a system is being developed to manage these and other activities, following the Agile Methodology of Extreme Programming software development for the analysis and design of the computer system, which includes the phases: Exploration, Planning, Iterations, Production and Maintenance. For this case, it is proposed that using these electronical devices, as the Arduino, to create a control sistems that permit to turn on and off the lights or air conditioning systems in a building in an autonomus way to make efficient the electrical consumption. Software development teaching is very difficult because of that, specifically, it becomes complex because not everyone has the same skills. The study was developed at the Polytechnic University of Pachuca, analyzing the results in two groups of students of the Service Oriented Architecture course. It consisted in the organization and monitoring of software development projects, different techniques were implemented, such as: the software development methodology, project administration formats, learning style diagnosys, based on the application of Neurolinguistic Programming Instruments (NLP) to students of third year. The time invested by each student with respect to the total time ratio of the development team, is a key factor to be considered during project assignment and assessment. This research aims to identify technology-mediated learning strategies that promote previous concept and meaningful learning in the subject of Biology at the high school level. To analyze the object of this study, a quantitative methodology of exploratory-descriptive type was used to know the strategies mediated by technology that develop the appropriation of knowledge of Biology content. There was an experimental group and a controlled one to apply a pre-diagnosis, treatment and post-diagnosis. From these data, the results were: Significant difference in the experimental group after the didactic intervention, since the subjects showed mastery of basic concepts of Biology and considered that the application of this type of strategies are fundamental for the understanding and organization of main ideas in the construction of meaningful learning. The teaching resources have three levels: 1.-words (through cards) and traditional board games 2.-relation of words in sentences 3.-stories at the moment to apply the tests in the kindergarten, it was found that there was conflict since the application was designed, because it sometimes did not recognize the associated QR code, due to the distribution within the board game, for this reason it was changed to an RA code. The distribution of the game boards was modified, the material in which they were made was changed, new categories were added based on semantic fields that children could handle. This project is based on a global method of reading learning, which is characterized by the fact that children learn complete words grouped in semantic fields. Our contribution consists of the creation of a ubiquitous learning environment, which from a series of multimodal interfaces developed for an Environment Intelligence Environment and context sensitive applications, aims to influence teaching-learning activities through a laboratory of practices collaborative. The objective of the proposal is to implement the concept of Ubiquitous Learning (Ubiquitous Learning), providing the student with a space conducive, to generating knowledge and encouraging the development of cognitive skills. It is very important to train competent human resources in the face of the challenges involved in the development and incorporation of different strategies for the migration process of industrial processes, now traditional, towards the guidelines set by the fourth industrial revolution. The present investigation is a diagnostic that allows to identify and evaluate the competences required by the I4.0 and the way in which the HEIs should adapt their educational work. In this context, five guiding axes were considered involved; the actors, the available infrastructure, the relationships, the management and the R + D + i (Research, Develpment and innovation), in a way that allows the curricular adaptation in that direction.
