The main objective is to investigate the impact of digital tools on gender inclusion and student support in their school education to enhance academic quality. Additionally, the study aims to understand the frequency and level of utilization of these technologies in educational, social, and work-related activities. To achieve the research objective and address the stated question, female students from upper secondary education were specifically selected, representing first, second, and third-grade levels, respectively. Based on the provided data, it is evident that digital technologies play a crucial role in the current educational environment, particularly among younger students. The use of ICT in the learning process is highly valued by the respondents. Most consider that ICT provides them with relevant information, knowledge, and facilitates their learning process. ICT offers a powerful means to transform education and address gender inclusion in the classroom. In the present work the conditions in which the technological work units are stagnant due to not having adequate information management are described in an introductory manner. The methodologies used for the development of this research were based on the Organizational Development model and the use of agile methodologies such as XP, ERP or WSDM. As a result, two developments of web-oriented systems validated by the ISO 9126 standard and making a qualitative weighting based on the Likert scale are shown. As for the discussion, it focuses on collaborative work and the creation of a synergy between students, teachers and administrative staff. AR has various applications such as entertainment, advertising and marketing, medicine, architecture, engineering, tourism, e-commerce, or education; in the latter, students can visualize different concepts of programming fundamentals or object-oriented programming. The objective of this project is to create a mobile application applying augmented reality to the fundamental concepts of programming so that students can improve their understanding and retention of syntax and examples of terms used in Java. The application is focused on control structures, conditionals, classes, methods, constructors, objects, and arrays. The case study is for the Schools Incorporated to the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico. The phenomenon has an origin during and post pandemic. The research is based on a review of recent studies no more than ten years old. The methodological design is qualitative, with a case study method based on the population of teachers of the schools incorporated to the UAEMex. An instrument called e-Open (Rámirez and Tenorio, 2021) was adapted and used for a sample of 500 high school teachers during the 2020-2021 school year. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires that were applied through the google forms platform, establishing the procedures for data collection and analysis according to the e-Open instrument for the Measurement of Competencies Recommendations for Open Education in the UNESCO Framework (2019). The analysis of the information is described and narrated from the data obtained through the questionnaire. The data is displayed in bar graphs. The results of the surveys show the percentages with respect to the five recommendations of the instrument with the 31 items, UNESCO (2019). The evidence supports that 70% of teachers have ICT capacity development. The institution raised 70% the development of support policies. But 50% considered that access to ICT was effective, inclusive and equitable. In addition, 55% considered that the creation of sustainability models is required, and finally 80% considered that international promotion models for teachers should be strengthened. The implementation of the STEAM methodology in the electronics courses was carried out under a constructivist approach to learning through the development of an electrical prototype defined by the students and using Arduino. This proposal aims to implement training processes with technological tools that encourage the development of thinking skills, deductive reasoning, logic, inquiry, design, and optimization among students through observation, induction and questions, hypotheses, analysis, and experimentation using the Arduino platform. The systems based on face-to-face and distance education were strongly ascending but at a slow pace. The present study had the purpose of recognizing the context, scenarios and challenges experienced after the pandemic confinement that give way to the consideration of moving from the traditional classroom to hybrid education. For this purpose, a non-experimental, exploratory, descriptive and quantitative research was carried out under a conceptual, theoretical and observational methodology, which allowed the application of an instrument with validity and reliability that measured, according to the criterion of perception. The results show the achievements expressed by the students, where they highlighted the degree of contribution of the didactic strategies, as well as the contribution to the comprehension, analysis and debate, emphasizing the collaborative conception and that an adequate personalized feedback was provided by the teacher. The great challenges to be faced in relation to the implementation of a hybrid classroom model, let's consider transforming an educational model into a hybrid one that allows to effectively harmonize both face-to-face and distance students, with the support of online materials and resources. The implementation of this engineering project was with teams of students from the first semester of different engineering majors in the subjects of algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. At the same time, augmented reality has become more accessible in many ways and represents a viable option that complements learning environments in a motivating way. Its application in education has been reported with success in various disciplinary areas and its advantages are listed in various investigations. This prototype integrade some processes that are carried out manually, resulting in cost and time savings, added to the fact that the student will also have quick and detailed access to their academic situation and suggestions in other areas such as tutorial support (scholarships, counseling, psychological support) if required. The solution proposed \"Early Warning System (SAT) for students of the ISC of the TecNM Campus Oaxaca through a web apps is based theoretically on research on standard processes to low performance identification, the classification according to the academic status that the accreditation guidelines of subjects issued by the National Technological of Mexico and the academic follow-up of students. The methodology used for the analysis and design of the system was applied research, the collection of information through questionnaires and interviews. At the end of the research, a web app for the academic follow-up of students was obtained to support the School Services Department, Division of Professional Studies and Academic Development as the Institutional Coordinator of the Tutoring Program; in which SCRUM was used as an agile development methodology for software development.
