Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 31 peserta didik kelas XI AK 4 SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo semester kedua tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga siklus, yang masing-masing terdiri dari tiga kali, dua kali, dan dua kali pertemuan. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mengkomparasikan data siklus I dengan siklus-siklus berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode lompat ritmik meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat jangkit peserta didik kelas XI AK 4 SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo. Pada akhir siklus ketiga dicapai rata-rata nilai aspek spiritual sebesar 83,85, aspek sosial sebesar 96,00, aspek pengetahuan sebesar 70,484 dan aspek keterampilan sebesar 95,17. Peningkatan dampak penyerta berupa peningkatan aktivitas peserta didik, dan guru, dan keefektifan penggunaan alat/media.Kata Kunci: IMPROVING THE LEARNING OUTCOMES IN TRIPLE JUMP STUDENTS OF SMKN 2 PURWOREJO, THROUGH THE JUMP RHYTHMAbstractThis study aims to: (1) reveal whether the rhythmic jump method can improve the learning outcomes, and (2) discover the evidence that the rhythmic jump method can improve the learning outcomes in triple jump of XI AK. 4 SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo.This research is classroom action research (CAR). The subject was 31 students of class XI of the Accounting Departement of SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo in 2013/2014 in second semester. This classroom action research consisted of three cycles, each consisting of three, two, and two meetings subsequently.The data collection was performed by two collaborators and a cameraman using a handycam. The data analysis used the descriptive statistics by comparing the data in cycles I, II, and III. The results showed that the rhythmic jump method improves the learning outcomes of the students of class XI AK 4 SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo. In the third cycle, the average score of the spiritual aspect is 83.85, the social aspect 96.00, knowledge aspects 70.484 and skill aspect 95.17. Hasil penelitian berupa model permainan untuk pengembangan sosial emosional anak TK kelompok B yang terdiri atas 6 aktivitas permainan yaitu: (1) permainan ular ceria; (2) permainan balok gembira; (3) permainan aku dan kamu; (4) permainan pancing botol; (5) permainan bola keranjang; dan (6) permainan bola pintar. Spesifikasi produk penelitian ini berupa buku dan panduan video (DVD) yang digunakan guru sebagai acuan untuk mengajar pengembangan sosial emosional pada anak TK kelompok B. Buku panduan ini berjudul “Permainan untuk Pengembangan Sosial Emosional”. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dan praktisi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model permainan untuk pengembangan sosial emosional sesuai dengan kurikulum, karakteristik, serta efektif dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pengembangan sosial emosional pada anak TK kelompok B.Kata Kunci: model, permainan, pengembangan, sosial emosional THE GAME MODEL TO DEVELOP SOCIAL EMOTIONAL ASPECT OF CHILDREN IN THE GROUP B OF KINDERGARTEN AbstractThis investigation was proposed to develop social emotional aspect of children in the Group B of Kindergarten by using the game model that were proper as an instructional media for transfering the domain aspects such as cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects during playing. The research and development that was applied in this study used the Gall Borg model which consists of several steps: (1) assessing the needs to identify the purposes; (2) conducting instructional analysis; (3) analyzing learners and material resources; (4) writing the objectives of the performance, (5) develop the instruments for the assessment; (6) developing instructional strategies; (7) developing and selecting the instructional materials; (8) design and do a formative evaluation for the study; and (9) revising the instruction. The results show six activities of the game model to develop social emotional aspect of children in the Group B of Kindergarten. The game model consists of (1) the game of “cheerful snake”, (2) the game of “cheerful beam”, (3) the game of “me and you”, (4) the game of “bottle rod”, (5) the game of “basket ball”, and (6) the game of “smart ball”. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Gall, Gall, Borg. Uji coba dengan skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 6 orang kohai dan 18 orang kohai pada skala besar di dojo-dojo DIY. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket skala nilai validasi, pedoman observasi model latihan permainan, dan pedoman observasi keefektifan model latihan permainan. Hasil penelitian berupa model latihan permainan kumite yang terdiri dari 9 latihan permainan, yaitu: (1) bola gantung zuki, (2) target zuki, (3) bola gantung geri, (4) target geri, (5) kombinasi target zuki dan geri, (6) lingkaran bola gantung zuki, (7) bola gantung geri, (8) lemparan bola gila, dan (9) lempar kontrol bola gila. MODEL TRAINING GAME PRE NOVICE KUMITE CATEGORY AGES 10-11 YEARS OF AGE IN KARATE SPORTAbstractThis study aims to produce a model exercise game developed into a guide kumite karate coach with the concept of the game. This study was developed by adapting the research and development of educational models Gall, Gall, Borg. With small-scale trials carried out on 6 and 18 kohai kohai on a large scale in the dojo dojo DIY. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire rating scale validation, the model observation exercise game, and the observation model of the effectiveness of exercise games. Results of the research is a model of practice kumite game that consists of 9 exercise games, namely: (1) balls hanging zuki, (2) the target zuki, (3) balls hanging geri, (4) the target geri, (5) a combination of the target and the zuki geri, (6) circle hanging balls zuki, (7) balls hanging geri, (8) throws the ball crazy, and (9) controls the ball throwing crazy. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen faktorial 2 x 2. Untuk menentukan sampel penelitian, terlebih dahulu dilakukan penentuan metode latihan atletik secara acak sederhana (random simple) dengan cara undian, dilanjutkan melakukan tes kelincahan untuk menentukan sampel dengan metode dari Miller. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia untuk anak usia 10-12 tahun. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis varian dua jalur ANOVA, uji lanjutan Tukey dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0.05. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) Ada pengaruh perlakuan kelompok metode latihan kids athletics dan kelompok metode latihan spesialisasi atletik terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar. (2) Ada pengaruh peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar antara kelompok kelincahan tinggi dan kelompok kelincahan rendah. (3) Ada interaksi antara metode latihan atletik dan kelincahan terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar. Kelompok metode latihan kids athletics kelincahan tinggi menunjukkan perbedaan rata-rata peningkatan kebugaran jasmani yang lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok lainnya.Kata kunci: atletik, kelincahan, kebugaran jasmani, siswa sekolah dasar EFFECTS OF THE ATHLETICS EXERCISE METHODS AND AGILITY ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF ELEMENTARY STUDENTS’ PHYSICAL FITNESSAbstractThis study aims to investigate effects of the athletics exercise method and agility on the improvement of elementary school students’ physical fitness. The study employed a 2 x 2 factorial experimental design. To determine research sample, a simple random atlethic traning method is applied beforehand by way of lottery, followed by agility test for determining sample using Miller Method. The data were collected by means of the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test for children aged 10-12 years. They were analyzed using the two-way ANOVA and the post-hoc Tukey test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study were as follows. (1) There were effects of the treatment using the kids athletics exercise method and that using the athletics specialization exercise method on elementary school students’ physical fitness. (2) There was a difference in the improvement of their physical fitness between those with high agility and those with low agility. (3) There was an interaction between the athletics exercise method and agility on the improvement of elementary school students’ physical fitness. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah produk berupa model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinestetik anak usia dini. Model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinestetik anak usia dini dikemas kedalam sebuah buku manual dan didampingi dengan Digital Versatile Disc (DVD). Pada akhir tahap penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model permainan adventure untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinestetik anak usia dini sangat baik dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RD) dengan pendekatan survei melalui tes pengukuran. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan berupa model tes fisik untuk calon atlet taekwondo usia 11-13 tahun. Teknik analisis data validitas menggunakan construct validity dengan korelasi Product Moment Pearson, Z skor untuk menyamakan satuan dan reliabilitas menggunakan test retest Conbrach’s Alpha dengan hasil reliabilitas panjang tungkai 1,00, kelentukan 0,992, kecepatan reaksi 0,639, kekuatan perut 0,604, power tungkai kanan 0,992, power tungkai kiri 0,998, kekuatan lengan 0,721 dan kelincahan 0,974. Hasil model tes fisik calon atlet taekwondo usia 11-13 tahun yang berupa norma dan buku panduan dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman pelatih dalam memilih bibit atlet taekwondo usia 11-13 tahun.Kata kunci: Model Tes Fisik, Taekwondo, Usia 11-13 Tahun DEVELOPING PHYSICAL MODEL TEST FOR PROSPECTIVE TAEKWONDO ATHLETE AGED 11-13 YEARSAbstractThis study aims to produce a model of a physical test of candidates taekwondo athlete which is valid and reliable based on physical indicators of taekwondo. This research is a Research and Development (RD) with survey approach through the test measurements. The result ofthis research and development is a model of a physical test for candidates of taekwondo athletes aged 11-13 years. The validity used construct validity with Product Moment Pearson correlation, Z scores were used to equalize unit and reliability used test retest Conbrach’s Alpha reliability resulting limb length as 1.00, flexibility 0.992, speed of reaction of 0.639, streght of abdominal 0.604, right leg power 0.992, left leg power 0.998, arms streght 0.721 and agility 0.974. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian ini 40 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive rondom sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound dan latihan plyometrics box jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh antara siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki rendah, (3) terdapat interaksi antara latihan plyometrics dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh. Kelompok siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi lebih tepat jika dilatih dengan latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound sedangkan kelompok siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki rendah lebih baik jika dilatih dengan latihan plyometrics box jump.Kata Kunci: metode latihan plyometrics, koordinasi mata-kaki, kemampuan lompat jauh THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE EFFECTS OF PLYOMETRICS METHOD AND THOSE OF EYE COHERENCE-FOOT ON THE INCREASE IN LONG JUMPAbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the effect of plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise and plyometrics box jump exercises on the increase in long jump, (2) the effect differences between in high foot-eye coherence and low eye-foot coherence, and (3) the interaction between the plyometrics exercise and eye-foot coherence on the long jump ability. This research is an experiment using the factorial 2 x 2 design. A sample of 40 students was established using the purposive random sampling technique. The results are as follows: (1) there is a significant difference between plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise and plyometrics box jump exercise, (2) there is a significant increase difference in the long jump ability between the students who have high foot-eye coherence and those having low foot-eye coherence, (3) there is an interaction between plyometrics method and foot-eye coherence on long jump ability. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan dasar penelitian lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan daftar wawancara dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: peta sport tourism di Wilayah Kabupaten Kulon Progo Yogyakarta tersebar di berbagai wilayah dengan alam pegunungan dan pesisir pantai, meliputi: Pantai Glagah dan Congot, Waduk Sermo, Kalibiru, Puncak Suroloyo, Goa Kiskendo, Kedung Pedut, Kembang Soka, Desa Wisata Nglingo, Dolan Desa Boro, Alun-Alun Wates, Taman Sungai Mudal, dan Grojogan Sewu. Jenis sport tourism: sepeda santai, panjat tebing, ATV, basket, tenis, sepatu roda, gedball, sepak bola mini, senam, kolam renang, perahu bebek, perahu wisata, cano, dayung, outbound, motor trail, arung jeram, tubing river, camping, tracking desa, joging, memancing, dayung, sepeda santai, susur goa, joging, flying fox, susur sungai, downhill, perahu naga, dan agrowisata. The mapping of sport tourism potential In Kulon Progo regency of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Abstract: This research is aimed at revealing: (1) sport tourism map; (2) natural potential; (3) cultural potential; (4) human resources potential; and (5) sport tourism facilities and infrastructure in Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative study with field-research-based descriptive analysis. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data collection instruments were an interview list and an observation sheet. The data analysis technique employed in this study was descriptive qualitative analysis. The research reveals that: the sports map potential in Kulon Progo Regency is spread in various mountain and coastal areas, including Glagah and Congot beaches, Sermo reservoir, Kalibiru, Suroloyo Peak, Kiskendo Cave, Pedut natural pool, Kembang Soka waterfall, Nglinggo tourist village, Boro village, Wates town square, Mudal river park, and Sewu waterfall.
