{"title":"Kebugaran jasmani dan kedisiplinan anak sekolah dasar kelas bawah","authors":"Mufakkirul Ardi, Sugeng Purwanto","doi":"10.21831/jpok.v2i2.17763","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21831/jpok.v2i2.17763","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model permainan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan kedisiplinan anak sekolah dasar khususnya kelas bawah. penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi dilapangan dan melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (3) validasi ahli dan revisi, (4) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, (6) pembuatan produk final. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi permainan, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan observasi permainan, dan (5) pedoman observasi terhadap guru pelaku uji coba. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku panduan aktivitas permainan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan kedisiplinan anak SD kelas bawah, yang berisikan lima jenis permainan, yaitu, (1) permainan mengangkat ban, (2) permainan bola estafet, (3) permainan hold out puzzle, (4) permainan memindahkan ban, dan (5) permainan running card yang sedang divalidasi oleh ahli dan guru.Kata Kunci: model permainan, kebugaran jasmani, kedisiplinan, anak SD kelas bawah. Developing game models to improve physical fitness and discipline in children underclass of primary schools Abstract: This research aims to produce a model of the game to improve the physical fitness and discipline of primary school children, especially the underclass. research and development are done by adapting the steps of research development as follows: (1) the collection of information in the field and conducting an analysis of the information that has been collected, (2) develop the initial product (draft model), (3) expert validation and revision, (4) small-scale field trials and revisions, (5) large-scale field trials and revisions, (6) the manufacture of the final product. Data collection instruments used are (1) interviews, (2) the value scale, (3) guidelines for game observation, (4) guidelines of the observation of the game effectiveness, and (5) guidelines for the observation of the teacher who did the trials. The data analysis technique conducted was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analyses. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber penelitian adalah guru PJOK SD di sekolah yang mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 di Kabupaten Magelang. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah persiapan pemerintah/sekolah dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013, perencanaan, proses pelaksanaan, penilaian dalam pembelajaran serta buku teks dan sarana prasarana di sekolah. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri dengan menggunakan alat bantu yaitu pedoman wawancara, dan dokumen/arsip. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Guru sudah diberikan pelatihan-pelatihan oleh pemerintah tentang Kurikulum 2013 dan kemampuan mengoperasionalkan komputer, 2) Pelatihan khusus untuk guru PJOK belum ada, 3) Dalam pelaksanaan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 masih ada guru yang terkendala dalam berkomunikasi, 4) Guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian, 5) Buku khusus untuk buku PJOK dalam kurikulum 2013 belum tersedia, dan 6) Hampir tiap sekolahan tidak memiliki halaman yang layak disebut sebagai lapangan olahraga. The implementation of curriculum 2013 for Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PESH) in elementary schools in Magelang regency Abstract: This study aims to reveal constraints and factors supporting the implementation of Curriculum 2013 of PESH in elementary schools (ESs) in the Magelang Regency. This was a descriptive qualitative study. The data sources were PESH teachers of ESs implementing Curriculum 2013 in Magelang Regency. The research objects included the government/school preparation for the implementation of Curriculum 2013, planning, implementation process, learning assessment, textbooks, and school infrastructure facilities. The research instrument was the researcher himself supplemented by interview guides and documents/archives. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data trustworthiness was enhanced by technique and source triangulations. The research findings are as follows (1) In the planning of the implementation of Curriculum 2013 and the training on computer operation, (2) In the training there has not been special training for PESH teachers. 3) In the implementation of Curriculum 2013, in the learning process some teachers find constraints in the communication, 4) Teachers still encounter difficulties in the assessment, and 5) Textbooks based on Curriculum 2013 are not available yet. 6) Almost all schools do not have yards appropriate for sports fields. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik sekolah menengah atas kelas X. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 32 peserta didik SMA N 1 Kartasura, dan 30 peserta didik SMA N 2 Sukoharjo. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 32 peserta didik SMA N 1 Boyolali, 33 peserta didik SMA N 1 Banyudono, dan 36 peserta didik SMA N 2 Boyolali. Uji keefektifan dilakukan terhadap 32 peserta didik SMA N 7 Surakarta. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) pedoman observasi pembelajaran, dan (3) GPAI. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model pembelajaran kolary untuk permainan bola basket di SMA. Dari hasil penilaian para ahli dan praktisi, model pembelajaran kolary memiliki validitas 0,988 sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran kolary yang disusun dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dribbling, passing, dan shooting dan aspek afektif yang terdiri atas kerja sama, disiplin, dan sportif. Di samping itu, model pembelajaran kolary juga sangat sesuai dengan karakteristik, pertumbuhan, dan perkembangan peserta didik serta mampu membuat peserta didik lebih mudah untuk mempelajari teknik dasar permainan bola basket di SMA. Developing kolary instructional model for a basketball game in senior high school Abstract: The purpose of this study is to produce the kolary instructional model for a basketball game in senior high school. The approach taken in this study was research and development. The subjects were the tenth grade of high school. The preliminary field test was conducted on 32 students of the X grade in SMA N 1 Kartasura and 30 students of the X grade students of SMA N 2 Sukoharjo. The preliminary field test was conducted on 32 students of SMA N 1 Boyolali, 33 students of SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono, and 36 students of SMA N 2 Boyolali. The evaluation of the effectiveness was conducted on 32 students of SMA N 7 Surakarta. The data collection instruments used were: (1) interview (2) observation learning guide, and (3) GPAI. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research were a learning model kolary for the game of basketball in high school. From the results of the assessment experts and practitioners' learning model kolary has a validity of 0,988 it could be concluded that the learning model kolary was drafted to improve the skills of dribbling, passing, and shooting and affective aspects consisting of operation, discipline, and sportsmanship. Metode eksperimen faktorial 2x2. Populasi adalah atlet tenis meja junior. Jumlah sampel 20 orang diambil dengan teknik Random Sampling. Instrumen kecepatan reaksi menggunakan ruler drop test, untuk pukulan drive adalah tes oleh Tomoliyus (2012). Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dua jalur signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh volume latihan terhadap pukulan drive, p = 0,000 0,05, volume rendah lebih baik dibandingkan volume tinggi, (2) ada perbedaan pengaruh kecepatan reaksi terhadap pukulan drive, p = 0,000 0,05, kecepatan reaksi tinggi lebih baik dibandingkan rendah, dan (3) ada interaksi antara volume latihan dan kecepatan reaksi terhadap pukulan drive, p = 0,013 0,05. The effect of exercise volume and reaction speed on drive accuracy in junior table tennis Abstract: This research is to find out: (1) whether the difference in the exercise volume effect the increased drive. (2) the difference between low and fast speed reaction effect to drive service accuracy, and (3) the interaction between exercise volume and reaction speed to drive. This research experiments with a 2x2 factorial design. The sample is 20 persons which were taken by random sampling. The instrument for measuring reaction speed is a ruler drop test, drive service accuracy used drive accuracy ability instrument at table tennis game by Tomoliyus (2012). Data analysis used two paths ANOVA in level significance α = 0.05. The result showed: (1) there are different effects of exercise volume on drive accuracy. It is proved by p-value = 0.000 0.05, low volume are better than high volume. Desain pengembangan tersebut dikelompokkan dalam enam tahap, yakni: (a) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi; (b) perencanaan; (c) pengembangan produk awal; (d) uji kelayakan; (e) uji efektivitas; dan (f) produk akhir. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, tes hasil belajar dan angket respons peserta didik dan guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data deskriptif dan data uji beda menggunakan paired samples t test dan independent samples t test dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis komik ditinjau dari aspek materi, media, dan bahasa menurut para ahli didapat data sebagai berikut: (1) ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 93,64% dengan kategori “sangat baik”; (2) ahli media memperoleh skor sebesar 90,83% dengan kategori “sangat baik”; dan (3) ahli bahasa memperoleh skor sebesar 94,00% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Pada tahap uji kelayakan: (1) Hasil uji coba skala kecil dari aspek tampilan, pembelajaran, dan keterbacaan rata-rata skor yang diperoleh sebesar 4,22 yang masuk kategori “sangat layak”; dan (2) Hasil uji coba skala besar dari aspek tampilan, pembelajaran, dan keterbacaan rata-rata skor yang diperoleh sebesar 4,45 yang masuk kategori “sangat baik”. Tahap uji efektivitas ada perbedaan bermakna dalam hal pengetahuan dan sikap PHBS antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan p 0,05. Developing comics media-based learning about behaviour clean and healthy childhood elementary school Abstract: This refers to the development of the research development stage Borg Gall. The development of the design is grouped into six stages, namely: (a) research and information gathering; (b) planning; (c) the initial product development; (d) the feasibility test; (e) testing the effectiveness; and (f) the end product. Collecting data using interview guides, documentation, achievement test and questionnaire responses of learners and teachers. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan tahapan meliputi menggali potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan informasi, rancangan produk, pembuatan produk, validasi produk, revisi produk, uji skala kecil, uji skala besar dan uji efektivitas. Subjek pada uji skala kecil terdiri dari dua orang pelatih dan delapan yunior pemula. Subjek pada skala besar terdiri dari empat pelatih tenis DIY, dan tiga belas yunior pemula. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat bantu servis yang dikembangkan berdasarkan syarat edukatif, teknik, dan estetika. Alat bantu servis yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak oleh ahli tenis, ahli teknologi pembelajaran, ahli teknologi dan rekayasa dengan kategori “baik”, serta oleh pelatih dan yunior pemula dengan kategori “baik”. Alat bantu servis efektif untuk meningkatkan teknik servis yunior pemula dengan hasil kenaikan dengan rerata sebesar 13,06. Developing a learning aid to basic motions in tennis service techniques for junior beginners AbstractThis study aims to produce a learning aid to effective tennis service techniques to improve the serving techniques of junior beginners, relevant to the educational, technical, and esthetic requirements. This was a research and development study using the steps of potential and problem investigation, information collection, product design, product making, product validation, product revision, small-scale appropriateness testing, large-scale appropriateness testing, and effectiveness testing. The subjects in the small-scale testing were two coaches and eight junior beginners. The subjects in the large-scale testing were four tennis coaches of Yogyakarta Special Region and 13 junior beginners. The results of the study show that the junior beginner service aid is developed on the basis of the rules of educative, technical, and esthetic requirements. The developed service aid is appropriate for the tennis experts, learning technology experts, engineering experts with a good category, and a good category from the coaches and junior beginners. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pemula di kedua Dojo tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, dan (3) kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Isi dari produk yang dihasilkan adalah empat model permainan dan empat gerak dasar karate meliputi: (1) permainan lari tarompang untuk melatih kuda-kuda Zenkotsu dachi, (2) permainan Tarik Tambang untuk melatih kuda-kuda Kokutsu dachi, (3) permainan Batok Kuda untuk melatih kuda-kuda Kiba dachi, dan (4) permainan Bentengan untuk melatih teknik Kumite. This research and development used the steps in the research and development model of Borg Gall (1983: 775), consisting of (1) the collection of information, (2) analyzing the results of the information, (3) early product development, (4) expert validation and revision, (5) product trials or due diligence, (6) expert validation, (7) effectiveness testing, and (8) final product. The small scales trial was conducted on Inkanas beginners who practised at the Dojo of SDN Embung Tiang, Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat. The large scales trial was conducted on the Inkanas beginners who practised at the Dojo of SMAN I Sakra Timur, Lombok Timur, and Nusa Tenggara Barat. The research subject was the karate beginners of the two dojos. The data were collected through (1) interviews, (2) observation, and (3) questionnaire using the Likert scale. The data analysis used descriptive, qualitative and quantitative analyses. The results of this research and development is a handbook of karate basic movement exercises modified through traditional games for karate beginners, which is packaged in a CD. Penilaian kualitas produk melibatkan 3 orang ahli. The study used research and development design, consisting the steps of (1) identified the potential and problems, (2) collect data, (3) develop initial products, (4) design a validation, (5) design revision, (6) small-scale product test, (7) product revision, (8) large-scale test, (9) product revision, and (10) the final result. Product quality assessment involving 3 experts. Instruments used for data collection are general guideline interviews, field notes, questionnaire validation value scale, the observation model, the effectiveness of observation model, and a questionnaire for students. The quantitative descriptive analysis and the qualitative descriptive analysis techniques are used to collect the data. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain non-experimental. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 81 peserta. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi positif faktor fisik dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw, terbukti dari nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,1795 dan nilai t hitung 2,6074 t tabel 1,960, nilai kontribusi relatif sebesar 15,88% dan kontribusi efektif sebesar 14,08%; (2) terdapat kontribusi positif faktor teknik dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw, terbukti dari nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,3404 dan nilai t hitung 7,0207 t tabel 1,960, nilai kontribusi relatif sebesar 31,94% dan kontribusi efektif sebesar 28,32% (3) terdapat kontribusi positif faktor psikis dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw, terbukti dari nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,5095 dan nilai t hitung 8,3679 t tabel 1,960, nilai kontribusi relatif sebesar 52,18% dan kontribusi efektif sebesar 46,27%; dan (4) terdapat kontribusi ketiga faktor fisik, teknik, dan psikis dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan free throw dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,886695 atau 88,67%.Kata kunci: faktor fisik, teknik, psikis, kemampuan free throw. THE CONTRIBUTION OF PHYSICAL, TECHNICAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS TO THE FREE THROW ABILITY IN BASKETBALLAbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the contribution of the physical factors in optimizing the free throw ability, (2) the contribution of technical factors in optimizing the free throw ability, (3) the contribution of psychological factors in optimizing the free throw ability, and (4) contribution of the three factors physical, technical, and psychological in optimizing the free throw ability. This research is a non-experimental design. The hypothesis testing was analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the significance level α = 0.05. The samples in this research were 81 participants from SMA N 3 Yogyakarta, SMA N 4 Yogyakarta, SMA N 6 Yogyakarta, and SMA N 8 Yogyakarta that were chosen by using a simple random sampling technique.
