Penelitian pengembangan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan; (2) analisis informasi; (3) pengembangan produk awal; (4) validasi ahli/revisi; (5) uji coba skala kecil; (6) revisi; (7) uji coba lapangan skala besar; (8) revisi akhir; dan (9) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil berjumlah 24 siswa. Uji coba skala besar di tiga sekolah. Instrumen: (1) pedoman wawancara; (2) kuisioner; (3) pedoman observasi; (4) kuisioner uji efektivitas; dan (5) kuesioner siswa. Teknik analisis data yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian berupa model latihan kebugaran jasmani bagi siswa SD kelas atas menggunakan metode circuit training. Hasil penilaian ahli materi dan siswa, menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan dinilai baik dan efektif, dan siswa memberikan respons yang positif, sehingga model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode latihan william flexion untuk menurunkan tingkat low back pain pada anggota kelompok PKK di Dusun Tejogan, Hargorejo, Kokap, Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada akhir bulan Desember 2021 hingga awal Januari 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan rancangan one group pre and posttest design. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode latihan william flexion dengan 6 kali perlakuan selama 2 minggu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10 orang yang merupakan anggota kelompok PKK di Dusun Tejogan yang diambil melalui insidental sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Tingkat nyeri diukur menggunakan Visual Analog Scale (VAS) sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) perlakuan. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test ditujukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan signifikansi data pretest dan posttest pada kelompok yang telah diberi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode latihan william flexion efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat nyeri punggung bawah dengan signifikansi p0,05 dan tingkat penurunan nyeri sebesar 66%. Nilai nyeri VAS pretest dan posttest pada kelompok perlakuan mengalami penurunan dari 5,6 ± 1,075 menjadi 1,9 ± 0,994 dengan nilai (p0,004). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah metode latihan william flexion efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat low back pain pada anggota kelompok PKK di Dusun Tejogan. Effectiveness of William flexion exercise method to decrease low back pain level Abstract: This study discusses the William flexion exercise method, which is intended for low back pain sufferers. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of using the William flexion exercise method to reduce the level of low back pain in members of the PKK group in Tejogan Village, Hargorejo, Kokap, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta Special Region. This research was conducted from the end of December 2021 to early January 2022. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre and post-test design. The treatment in this study used the William Flexion exercise method with 6 treatments for 2 weeks. The population in this study was 50 people, with a sample of 10 people who were members of the PKK group in Tejogan Village, which were taken through incidental sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Pain level was measured using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) before (pretest) and after (post-test) treatment. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was intended to determine the difference in the significance of the pretest and posttest data in the treated group. Media pembelajaran ini menggunakan software Adobe Flash CS6 Professional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dari Borg Gall yang dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut para ahli validasi ahli materi termasuk “Sangat baik” dengan rata-rata 4,38 dan hasil validasi ahli media termasuk “Sangat Baik” dengan rata-rata 4,23. Kualitas produk hasil uji coba kelompok kecil termasuk “Sangat baik” dengan rata-rata skor 4,76. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba kelompok besar dengan kualitas produk “Sangat baik” denganrata-rata 4,75. Untuk mengetahui kualitas dan efektifitas produk dilakukan uji operasional. Hasil uji tes menunjukkan rata-rata skor pretest 41,65 dan rata-rata skor posttest 89,25. Skor siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan selisih skor 47,60. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran bola voli dengan metode TGfU telah valid dan efektif digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran penjasorkes materi bola voli tingkat SMP. Developing volleyball learning media by using adobe flash for junior high school Abstract: The objective of this research is to produce Volleyball learning media in the form of a CD with the TGfU method for junior high school students which are valid and effective. The learning media use Adobe Flash Professional CS6. This research used Research and Development (R D) method by Borg Gall that was modified. The results show that based on the validation experts and subject matter experts they are considered \"Very Good\" with an average of 4.38 and the result from media expert validation is also considered \"Very Good\" with an average of 4.23. The quality product of the small group trial is considered \"Very Good\" with an average score of 4.76. A large group trial was then conducted for further trials with \"Very Good\" quality products with an average of 4.75. To determine the quality and effectiveness of the products, the researcher made an operational test. The test results show that the average test scores were 41.65 for the pretest and 89.25 for the post-test. Students' scores increased by a margin score of 47.60. Penelitian ini menggunakan research and development. Validasi ahli dilakukan oleh tiga pakar yaitu: pakar pendidikan adaptif, pakar tes pengukuran dan pakar konstruksi bangku. Ujicoba lapangan dilakukan terhadap dua sekolah SLB yang ada di DIY. Ujicoba skala kecil dilakukan pada empat siswa tunanetra SLB N 1 Bantul. Ujicoba skala besar dilakukan pada sepuluh siswa SLB A Yaketunis. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan validitas empirik dan reliabilitas test-retest yang dilakukan pada tujuh siswa SLB A Yaketunis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan alat tes kebugaran jasmani berupa modifikasi Harvard step test yang dibuat berdasarkan karakteristik anak tunanetra yang memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas baik, sehingga dapat dijadikan alat ukur yang digunakan guru untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kebugaran siswa tunanetra di sekolah. Developing a physical fitness test for blind children using the modified Harvard step test for elementary school Abstract: This study aims to develop a physical fitness test in the form of a modified Harvard step test bench in accordance with the characteristics of blind children, for blind children at the elementary level. This development was modified in two stages: the preliminary stage and the development stage. The research trials were conducted in two schools of SLB in DIY. The small-scale trials were conducted on four students of SLB N 1 Bantul. A large trial was conducted on ten students of SLB A Yaketunis. The validity and reliability were measured using empirical validity and test-retest reliability. Media pembelajaran ini menggunakan software Adobe Flash CS6 Professional. Peneliti memodifikasi 10 tahap Borg Gall menjadi 5 tahap, yaitu tahap (1) analisis kebutuhan; (2) pembuatan disain; (3) validasi produk; (4) uji coba lapangan; dan (5) tahap uji operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk hasil validasi ahli materi termasuk “Sangat baik” dengan rerata 4,35 dan hasil validasi ahli media termasuk “Baik” dengan rerata 4,13. Kualitas produk hasil uji coba kelompok kecil termasuk “Sangat baik” dengan rerata skor 4,42. Uji coba kelompok besar dengan kualitas produk “Sangat baik” dengan rerata 4,48. Hasil uji tes menunjukkan rerata skor pretest 36,66 dan rerata skor posttest 76,14. Skor siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan selisih skor 39,48. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran pengenalan sinyal wasit telah valid dan efektif digunakan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP. Introduction a learning media development for participants in basketball extracurricular junior high school Abstract: This research aims to produce a CD computer-based learning media of referee signal for participants of basketball extracurricular junior high school which is validated. Adobe Flash CS6 Professional software was used to develop this media. This research modified 5 for 10 stages of Borg and Gall: (1) needs analysis, (2) create design, (3) product validation, (4) field trial, and (5) operational trial. The results show that the quality of products from the matter expert is “very good” with an average of 4.35. The validation result from the media expert shows that the quality of the product is “good” with an average of 4.13. The quality of products from the small group is “very good” with an average of 4.42. The quality of media from big groups is “very good” with an average of 4.48. Test results from the operational trial show that the score increased with the average score for the pretest being 36.66 and the average score for the post-test being 76.14. Buku memuat pemanasan berupa permainan menjalaikan, inti terdiri atas 4 fase yaitu: (1) memasukkan bola ke dalam kardus; (2) pass and run with defender; (3) kucing-kucingan dengan bergeser; (4) Game lempar tangkap bola, dan diakhiri penutup berupa cooling down dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli model secara isi materi sangat baik, bahasa sangat baik, format penulisan baik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar. Model pembelajaran terpadu tematik ini juga mampu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, keterampilan gerak dasar (motorik) danafektif. Based on an expert assessment of this model the content of the material is very good, in the language, good writing format and in accordance with the characteristics of elementary school students. Metode penelitian eksperimen faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi berjumlah 37 siswa. Sampel berjumlah 20 siswa. Instrumen koordinasi mata tangan menggunakan tes lempar tangkap bola tenis ketepatan pukulan drive menggunakan wall volley test. Teknik analisis data ANOVA dua jalur α = 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan drill tetap dan drill kombinasi (strokes) terhadap ketepatan pukulan drive, drill tetap lebih baik daripada drill kombinasi (strokes); (2) ada perbedaan pengaruh koordinasi mata tangan tinggi dan rendah terhadap ketepatan pukulan drive, koordinasi mata tangan tinggi lebih baik daripada rendah; dan (3) ada interaksi antara metode latihan drill tetap dan drill kombinasi (strokes) dan koordinasi mata tangan tinggi dan rendah terhadap ketepatan pukulan drive. The effects of exercise and coordination of precision eye-hand drive in extracurricular badminton Abstract: This study aims to reveal: (1) differences in the influence of training methods drill fixed and drill combination (strokes) on the accuracy of punch drive; (2) differences in the effect of hand-eye coordination high and hand-eye coordination lower accuracy of the punch drives; and (3) the interaction between the practice and coordination hand-eye of the accuracy of punch drive. The method of this research was an experiment with factorial 2 x 2. The population was 37 students. The samples of this research were 20 students. The results of the research show that: (1) there are differences in the influence of training methods remain drill and drill combination (strokes) on the accuracy of punch drive, still better than the drill combination (strokes); (2) there is a significant difference of students that have the effect of hand-eye coordination high and low of the accuracy of punch drive, high hand-eye coordination is better than low; and (3) there was an interaction between training methods remain drill and drill combination (strokes) and hand-eye coordination high and low of the accuracy of punch drive. Teknik analisis data ANOVA dua jalur α = 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan: (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh weight training, pliometrik, dan panjang tungkai terhadap keterampilan tendangan sabit. (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh panjang dan pendeknya tungkai terhadap keterampilan tendangan sabit. The effect of weight training, plyometrics, long legs skills on the kick of Sabit Abstract: Research to disclose: (1) effect differences in the influence of weight training and plyometrics, (2) effect differences in the long legs and short legs, and (3) the interaction of exercise weight training, plyometrics, and leg length on skills of kick sabit. Research is an experiment with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population of 37 pesilat, sample 20 pesilat. The instruments of a kick use skills kick Sabit test from Johansyah Lubis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan variabel gerak teknik jalan cepat. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu: (1) angket, yang berisi kisi-kisi analisis kinerja gerak teknik jalan cepat yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli biomekanika dan ahli atletik, (2) kamera, untuk melakukan pengamatan. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet yang mengikuti Kejurnas atletik di Jakarta tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 18 atlet putra dan 11 atlet putri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja gerak teknik jalan cepat atlet indonesia berada pada kategori baik. Kinerja atlet putra pada front support phase berada pada kategori baik. Kinerja back support phase berada pada kategori baik. Kinerja double support phase berada pada kategori cukup baik. Kinerja atlet putri pada front support phase berada pada kategori baik. An analysis of Indonesian athletes’ race walking Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the performance of Indonesian athletes’ race walking technique movements through a sports biomechanics analysis in Jakarta in 2015. This was a quantitative descriptive study in which the variable was race walking technique movements. The instruments included: (1) a questionnaire containing a grid of an analysis of the performance of race walking technique movements that had been validated by a biomechanics expert and an athletics expert, and (2) a camera to conduct observations. The research subjects were race walking athletes joining the National Athletics Competition in Jakarta in 2015 with a total of 18 male athletes and 11 female athletes. The results of the study showed that the performance of Indonesian athletes’ race walking technique movements was good. The male athletes’ performance in the front support phase techniques was good. The back support phase techniques were good. The double support phase was techniques moderately good. The female athletes’ performance in the front support phase techniques was good. The back support phase techniques were good.
