Both parallel and open types of faults can be occurring. There are often simultaneous faults of interest in a power system that is combined with all types of faults. Two different types of fault can consist of simultaneous faults at the same location or at different locations. Numerous investigations have studied the power transmission line fault detection and classification. In this paper, we have presents simultaneous faults when it is happening in the power system networks. Two methods have been used to compare the results. The two-port method showed it is more than accuracy from the traditional method. The IEEE 14-bus has been chosen to do this comparator. The values of the voltage buses, angles, and power consumed were present respectively.","PeriodicalId":131382,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ICEEE)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114776213","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We propose an adaptive multi-path routing and spectrum allocation (RSA) based on the relative cost technique. The relative cost estimates the longterm effect on network resources if a call is carried out. The path or multi-path with the least relative cost is selected. Furthermore, the call is only accepted if the least relative cost is less than the call's reward. We will show the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive multi-path RSA by simulation.","PeriodicalId":131382,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ICEEE)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129675384","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

FMEA and FMECA analyses, are techniques used to identify issues where elements, systems, or processes cannot achieve their planned goals. These are very popular in all technology-based industries, as well as in the space industry, the chemical industry and the automobile industry. The main reason why these methods are popular is that it is easy to use and does not require extensive theoretical knowledge. FMEA and FMECA methods generally focuses on the analysis of parts and equipment. These methods resolve each of the locations and areas where failure can occur and takes into account personal ideas and can be applied to each of the parts of the system.","PeriodicalId":131382,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ICEEE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128486205","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The photovoltaic (PV) panels are deployed to receive solar energy from the sunlight and consequently convert it into electrical energy. The photovoltaic PV panel receives maximum solar radiation only when it is at 90° perpendicular to the sunlight, which is directly proportional efficiency of the system. If proper technique not used to collect the maximum amount of sunlight, solar PV generation can be a more expensive energy source as compared to conventional energy generation. The generated output power of PV panels depends on the quantity of solar energy they collect from sunlight, and this amount can be increased by exploiting tracking systems. The solar tracker tends to move PV panels perpendicular to sunlight radiations to collect the maximum amount of sunlight to increase the system's efficiency.","PeriodicalId":131382,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ICEEE)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128572537","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Moreover, the relationship between number of links of the snake robot and its forward velocity is investigated in this study. The simulation results validate that snake robot can move faster in environments where the anisotropy in friction is large enough. The results also show that the forward velocity of the snake robot is directly proportional to its number of links.","PeriodicalId":131382,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ICEEE)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130225327","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

DPN is associated with extremely high blood sugar levels that cause nerve damage resulting in sensation loss beginning in the feet and eventually progressing upwards towards the knee and beyond. In this paper, we explore if the resulting muscle weakness can be detected through examination of electromyography (EMG) data recorded from leg muscles. DPN induced motor disability provides motivation for our work to understand the neuromuscular behavior and identify factors that could contribute towards treatment of neuromuscular disorders. Fifteen features that are extensively used for EMG signal classification were used in this study. We analyzed the features extracted from the recorded EMG signals and successfully detected abnormal contractions of muscles in the lower extremity during normal walking trials. Preliminary results of our research are presented in order to illustrate the effectiveness of the presented methodology.","PeriodicalId":131382,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ICEEE)","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129042667","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The 6G standard is expected to migrate to higher bands of frequencies to support wider bandwidth. Through this wide bandwidth, it will be feasible to serve the expected massive number of users and future applications, such as virtual reality and HD realtime transmission. One major problem in high frequency ranges, such as mm-wave bands, is the high signal attenuation, which can be compensated through more efficient amplifier systems. In this paper, we propose a wideband amplifier design fed through a Ridge Gap Waveguide line. The proposed design has many advantages inherited from the host guiding structure. The signal is carried by a Quasi-TEM signal, which minimizes the signal distortion. Also, the structure acts as a large heat sink, which minimizes the operating temperature. As a result, the expected added noise by the proposed amplifier shall be minimal.","PeriodicalId":131382,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ICEEE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128198205","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article provides an overview of various types of reactors. Compared, the design of the magnetic cores of the reactors, allowing to implement two different schemes for connecting the network winding, parallel counter and parallel consonant. The principle of half-period magnetization of saturation of sections of the magnetic circuit (half-limbs) on which the windings of the reactors are located is described. To clarify the parameters and develop proposals for the production of a pilot industrial design, an adequate mathematical model of the reactor was developed in the PSCAD software package. Preliminary calculations and comparative analysis showed that a controlled reactor with three-limb magnetic cores would be easier, with smaller dimensions and, therefore, cheaper.","PeriodicalId":131382,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ICEEE)","volume":"165 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122992261","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
