The mathematical theory of traffic management is being actively developed now. According to A. B. Furthermore, elasticity is considered. Determination of distance to fault location in medium voltage networks is a complex task in technical terms because of the strong and extensive network and large transient resistance values at the fault location. High accuracy of the proposed method is based on the voltage resonance phenomenon. There is a significant increase in current in the resonance mode, which is a reliable sign of the fault location. Resonance is provided with applying a high frequency current from an additional source of sinusoidal voltage connected to the mains. The distance to the location of the single-phase ground fault in this case is proportional to the length of the test signal wavelength. The principles of practical realization of the device for determining the distance to the fault location are presented. The developed method has been tested in a real power network. {"title":"Influence of ADC nonlinearly on the measurement error of the active power to code converter","authors":"A. The comparative analysis of methods of an assessment of a measurement error of active power is made by the presence of ADC integral nonlinearity. Conditions for nonlinearity, under which the measurement error of active power is maximum, are revealed. It is shown that the method based on use of the polynomial approximation of ADC transfer function, gives smaller (in comparison with other methods) overestimate of an assessment of an error. A crank mechanism was used when developing the bench to create hydraulically driven reciprocating motion. The designed hardware-software system allows for controlling the bench and the test subject due to a large number of inputs and outputs of various applications. The sensors integrated into the bench enable a complete test picture and sufficient amount of high-precision data. This article discusses the conceptual issues of GIS projects for effective management of the gas distribution network. The authors offer an algorithm for creating geospatial databases on the gas industry enterprises. A particular attention is devoted to information support as well as compiling engineering documentation needed for implementation of effective tools for territorial dependent management. It simplifies their manufacture, reduces weight and overall dimensions and raises a net efficiency. Singularities of consecutive and cycling usage of the known power software packages for a finite-element analysis and simulation modeling such as ELCUT and Anylogic are shown. It significantly reduces an initial design phase and allows an adequate estimating technical performances of each collector versions without experimental research of real prototypes. The computer analysis of electronic processes in collector space is given for three versions; the two-row construction of a four-stage collector is offered by authors.
