The approach deals with the problem of planning the cyclic production and proposes to consider such scheduling problem as a cyclic job-shop problem of the order k, where k is the number of reiterations. It was found that planning only one iteration of the loop is less effective than planning the entire cycle. A number of test instances of the job-shop scheduling problem supplied by the Operation Research Library were used at experiments. The Simulated Annealing was applied to solve the instances. Such form of the motion equations is obtained for holonomic systems in the Lagrangian variables of the given work, which enables a detailed analysis of linear and nonlinear members of the perturbed motion equations. Stability of steady motions for systems with redundant coordinates is possible only in critical cases. The absence of the roots of the characteristic equation with positive real parts does not allow general solving the stability problem of such motion, but the analysis of the nonlinear members is necessary for decision of stability problem in any of such cases. We would like to attract attention to a fundamental distinction of the suggested method: the rigorous methods of nonlinear stability theory are necessary for rigorous foundation of developed modus operandi only. The qualified use of this method dispenses with full digestion of rigorous proofs and substitutions of critical cases theory. Using rigorous methods of analytical mechanics, the nonlinear stability theory, N.N. Krasovsky method solving linear-quadratic problems and previously obtained results, the procedure for a unique determination of the coefficients of the stabilizing control has been developed. For practical calculation of the coefficients, the Repin-Tretyakov procedure may be applied. Analyzing time-oriented data and forecasting future values of a time series are among the most important problems at tracking in wireless sensor, face tracking, traffic flow predicting, and exchange rate fluctuation forecasting. The main proposed idea of using continuous wavelet transform is based on an estimate of singularity signal with the Holder exponent. It is observed that the time series changes in accordance with sharp changes of the Holder exponent. The authors present a new centralized ice melting controlled system for overhead transmission lines with a different length and section of wires in the area of electrical networks. This system realizes simultaneous melting ice on three phases of transmission line by direct current impulses and allows decreasing consumption of the electric power and time of ice melting. In other cases, efficiency of the CT technology depends on the effect produced by increasing carrying capacity. Minimum level of load yminload, if possible, is determined by the amount of traffic, for which delays of trains start when approaching to the sections. To determine the value yminload, a method of statistical simulation of train operation is developed (Monte Carlo method). Train flow dimensions are determined due to the fact that daily distribution can be described by a normal distribution law. Exceeding the daily amount of traffic as compared with available carrying capacity of sections allows determining the number of delayed trains on the way to the section. A computer program is developed; mass calculations are made for the average amount of traffic from 40 to 100 freight trains per day. The obtained value yminload equals to 0.8. We examined the area of hazardous ferroresonance for NKF-type voltage transformers and open core voltage transformers, and presented a mathematical model developed for 220 kV outdoor switchgear (OS). We have convincingly demonstrated the need for taking into account interphase capacitances in one bus system and different systems during examination of ferroresonance phenomena. On the basis of calculation, we have developed recommendations on the elimination of ferroresonance phenomena on the considered OS. Nevertheless, vortex shedding is unstable at low flow rates, which results in an increase of flow measurement errors within this range. This article describes the model of measurement equation for vortex sonic flowmeters based on experimental research of two types of flowmeters with 32 and 50 mm flow tube diameters. The adequacy of the obtained measurement equation model is confirmed based on three types of flowmeters (including the flow tube diameter of 25 mm) and other test modes. As objects of lower hierarchy level, the elements of automation were selected. The unified algorithms of data processing and computing control actions were applied for these elements. The data types, data storage and functionality were defined for these objects. In the software of human-machine interface and controller, the correlated structure types were applied. The data blocks in the form of one-dimensional array user-defined type were used for storage. The correspondence of the structure tag to element of array in data block was defined. The data exchange over control system network is independent on the number of sensors and actuators. The template projects for development of software with Siemens hardware and software were created on the basis of proposed method. The structure of the template projects makes it easy to adapt them to the requirements of a particular control system. The template projects greatly reduce time needed for ICS software development and require less programming skills.
