The solution of the task is based on the processing images supplied by the DVR (Drive Video Registrator), principal component analysis and linear discriminant analysis. Main attention is paid to the following phases: projection images of face from original attribute area to reduction subarea of principal components, generating the special classifier according to principal components obtained with the linear discriminant analysis. The paper gives the method to increase algorithm efficiency with preliminary processing the Gabor's filter for exclusion face misses due to differences in illumination and another factor. Its purpose is to illustrate the instability of the trivial solution of Hoff equations defined on a finite connected oriented graph. The vertices of set conditions for continuity and balance flows are provided. This equation models describe dynamics of buckling a double-tee girder under constant load and belong to a large class of the Sobolev type semilinear equations. This paper describes an algorithm and considers an example of the work program developed in the system of Maple computer mathematics. As a criterion to select the periodicity of examination of cable lines a complex reliability indicator, technical readiness coefficient Ktesrf is applied which takes into account self-repairing failures. This coefficient gives the most profound description of the current state of the cable line in terms of its operational reliability. By constantly monitoring the dynamics of Ktesrf changes and taking into account current statistical data, one can schedule a well-timed examination of the cable line. The model was designed, which helps to define the winding current change law using the desired law (law of electromagnet armature motion). The model was made with the OpenModelica software. The current pulse parameters are defined to control the resonant-type linear electromagnetic valve actuator. The dynamic parameters are obtained. It defines conditions required for stability of the dynamics equation solution. Studies showed that people exposed to industrial electromagnetic fields had neurological problems as well as cardiovascular diseases. Numerous researchers point out that low frequency electromagnetic field is biologically damaging. Magnetic fields of industrial frequency are widely spread in electric power industry; their impact on people health is negative. Commercial frequency magnetic fields occur near all electrical plants, overhead power transmission lines and other current distributors. The aim of this research is instrumental registration of magnetic field presence and its effect on the human brain. The following equipment was used in the research: the Barier-14 polygraph (person's psychophysical condition analyzer), PZ-50V field density detector and a special helmet with inbuilt coils serving as the magnetic field source. Men and women from 18 to 65 took part in the research with the sample size of 60 people. The research found and registered negative effect of magnetic field on human body. Functionality of the program allows modelling MMA, MIG, MAG welding processes, submerged arc welding, multi-pass and hybrid welding. However, there is no mathematical model for multiarc welding. The use of multi-pass welding does not reflect the physical essence of the multiarc welding, because the bead joints in multipass welding are superimposed sequentially in different parts of the deposited metal, which is contrary to the concept of the multiarc welding, which is carried out in one welding bath. The experiments examined the effect of specified heat sources. The system of hybrid welding and combinations of several heat sources: general arc, submerged arc, etc. were considered. The tests took into account the welding trajectory, namely, application of heat sources of all five arcs on the top edge of the array of elements of deposited metal or application of heat sources on the welding trajectory, distributed along the height of the weld. The movement of the welding arc occurs with time delay and on different trajectories of welding. The general model is formulated as a compact system of rigorous integral equations. The Pocklington's integral equation for current distributions of dipoles is used. The technique for correct solving the Fredholm's integral equation of kind II for small thickness complex shape reflector and the method for numerical solving ill-posed equations are proposed. The task is solved in two stages: image segmentation and matching the images of the segments with the template values. A new method based on wavelet transform salient points detection is proposed for image segmentation. Salient point descriptors are used for image matching; the new method of descriptor construction based on wavelet transform is proposed.
