As a criterion to select the periodicity of examination of cable lines a complex reliability indicator, technical readiness coefficient Ktesrf is applied which takes into account self-repairing failures. This coefficient gives the most profound description of the current state of the cable line in terms of its operational reliability. By constantly monitoring the dynamics of Ktesrf changes and taking into account current statistical data, one can schedule a well-timed examination of the cable line. Abstract
The article deals with determining of periodicity of non-destructive examination of urban electric cable lines.
