The insufficiency of spare part inventories, results in the potential of equipment breakdown which has an impact on costs for equipment downtime due to damage. Otherwise, inventory excess may result in high storage costs and dead stock of materials that have been unused up to a certain period. In addition, the company should be able to manage the inventory level of the spare parts so that their quality is maintained and to prevent a decline in quality; therefore, it is ready to use whenever the spare part is needed. Spare part management involves both the maintenance aspect and the inventory aspect because they are interrelated. In this research, we determine how to classify spare parts considering these two aspects. This classification will be divided into two parts; the first is the classification of spare parts based on the function of spare parts to the equipment and impact in terms of production, health, safety, and environment. The second part is multi-criteria classification using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the criteria of lead time, unit price, the probability of failure, and availability of equipment. The two parts are combined in a decision diagram to determine the final criticality of the spare part from all these aspects. The methodology was developed in one of the oil processing industries in Indonesia and can be implemented as a step in establishing inventory management policies. From the research results, it is known that the development of the methodology can obtain the criticality level of spare parts so that the priority of spare part supply in the warehouse can be determined.","PeriodicalId":129225,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Asia Pacific Conference on Research in Industrial and Systems Engineering","volume":"110 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115458804","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of government's actual commitments is written in Government Regulatory no. 55/2019 regarding the acceleration programs of battery-based Electric Vehicles (EVs) which is believed to emit low emissions to the atmosphere. This study promotes an extended version of the Theory of Planned Behavior to analyze the impacts of personal beliefs on individual adoption intention towards EVs and structural equation modeling (SEM) method to quantify its acceptance level in Indonesia. The limitations of this research are a) study analyzes Indonesian acceptance level towards Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) and Full Battery (BEV) based Electric Car; b) study was conducted in the situation of the pandemic of Covid-19 that might influence psychology of respondents. A questionnaire survey was conducted online from December 2020 to February 2021 to Indonesian people. A total of 154 valid survey responses were obtained. Based on the empirical results, we concluded that environmental concern (ENC) has a significant positive effect on adoption intention (AdIn) on EVs purchasing only with perceived behavior control (PBC).as mediator. In Indonesia, PBC factor influences AdIn factor which is relatively high (path coefficient=0.739). This result is indicating penetration of EVs in Indonesia can be done by prioritizing PBC factors, such as performance attributes/ ease of use (battery lifespan, charging time, maintenance, charging infrastructure availability, etc.) and usefulness (free from odd-even rule, privilege right of using bus lane, and other non-monetary incentives). Other variables such as attitude (ATT), subjective norm (SUN), and personal moral norm (PMN) have no significant effect on EVs adoption intention (AdIn). Since there are limitations of this study, so we suggest that future study can be done in normal condition (recovered from pandemic condition) and extends study to electric two-wheelers market. Additionally, future study should consider increasing portion of questionnaire respondents who have driving or taking on EVs so that study can get more accurate data analysis. Study is expected to help government to engineer intervention policies and guide automotive industries to invest in more accurate market planning. Study is also expected to support other studies in simulation (e.g., forecasting) in future.","PeriodicalId":129225,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Asia Pacific Conference on Research in Industrial and Systems Engineering","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116452064","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Both total user and driver increased significantly in less than five years, especially in the Jakarta area where most of the population commutes. The lack of Indonesia's regulation on motorcycle-based e-ridehailing services is one reason why its growth rate is seemingly uncontrollable until today. Therefore, this study aims to assess the impact of the growing motorcycle-based e-ridehailing services in Jakarta and their environmental effect in CO2 emissions. The assessment also involves some interconnections with other sectors, such as Jakarta's population, economy, travel demand, infrastructure investment, traffic congestion, motorcycle population, and ride-hailing fleet supply. All of the cause-and-effect relationships are then plotted in a form of causal-loop diagram (CLD). The constructed conceptual model is expected to help related authorities in making strategic policy for the long-term. It can also be utilized as a reference for further research in System Dynamics (SD) modeling and any other simulation or analysis scheme.","PeriodicalId":129225,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Asia Pacific Conference on Research in Industrial and Systems Engineering","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130648357","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The position of cooperatives in Indonesia is very important as one of the pillars of the economy. However, in the past few years, the number of cooperatives has steadily decreased because they have not fulfilled their duties and functions. This decline in the number of cooperatives also occurred in Cianjur, where around 70% of cooperatives died in 2018. Therefore, this study aims to analyze cooperatives in Cianjur based on clusters formed from the Cianjur cooperative database. The research data were obtained from the DKUPP Cianjur database. The data obtained totaled 1528 cooperatives with 8 attributes, namely the type of cooperative, cooperative group, business sector, number of members, own capital, external capital, business volume, and remaining business results. The cooperative cluster was formed using a combination of the Particle Swam Optimization and K-Means Clustering methods with the help of Rapid Miner. The result was three cooperative clusters in Cianjur with a Davies Bouldin index score of -1.54. The first cluster character was a thriving trading cooperative group or a developing trade cooperative group that had a fairly good business aspect, the character of the second cluster was an excellent financial service cooperative group or a cooperative with a very good financial condition, and the character of the third cluster is the unperforming financial cooperatives group or cooperative groups with poor financial conditions.","PeriodicalId":129225,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Asia Pacific Conference on Research in Industrial and Systems Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124231315","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But in fact, many technology-based projects facing problems when executing projects, especially about their quality. Quality Management System (QMS) is one quality process framework that has been used for monitoring and ensuring quality implementation on a process for creating and deliver a product. Nevertheless, the QMS implementation in the technology-based project faces a challenge of its effectiveness in improving quality. Such a challenge is due to the dynamic complexity that arises in the implementation. Uncovering such dynamics complexity can provide insights on strategy for improvement. In this regard, this study presents a conceptual model to understand the complexity of the QMS implementation in a technology-based company by using system dynamics modeling. Through Causal Loop Diagram (CLD) and system diagram, the conceptual model shows the key factors needed to improve the QMS process to be more effective, such as expert workforce and QMS adaptability.","PeriodicalId":129225,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Asia Pacific Conference on Research in Industrial and Systems Engineering","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115064432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

HA field has four producing wells with subsea well head as the completion type. Gas that being produced from the HA field will be flowed through subsea pipeline to the floating process unit for dehydration process and then distributed to customers in East Java. HA field starting its production on March 2019 with initial reservoir pressure is 1300 – 1500 Psia. The gas composition is consist of 99% methane that does not required long process before it could be delivered to the customer. Optimization analysis on HA field is carried out by creating a well simulation model and reservoir simulation model. Based on those model, a production system simulation is performed by reducing the compressor suction pressure and conversion from condensate facility to water handling facility. After the technical analysis is done, the next step is to conduct an economic evaluation based on the scenario that gives an increase in gas cumulative so that it will produce economic parameters such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Pay Out Time (POT), and Profit to Investment Ratio (PIR). As a results, scenario 1 is the most feasible approach to be applied in HA field which generates NPV is MMUS$ 11.44, internal rate of return 58.43%, pay out time 1 year, and profit to investment ratio is 2.1.
