Methods: A total of 86 inpatients in our department from June 2019 to August 2020 were selected. According to the ward distribution, the hospital was randomly divided into routine drug treatment group (control group, 44 cases) and another ward was divided into early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment group (treatment group, 42 cases). The treatment group received regular rehabilitation training in addition to clinical medication, while the control group received clinical medication and self-exercise without guidance. They were evaluated 24 hours before treatment and 7-10 weeks after treatment. The motor function was evaluated by Furl—Meyer motor function integral method (FMA), and the daily living ability was scored by Barthel index. Results: There was no significant difference in Barthel index and FMA score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment. After treatment, the two indexes in the control group improved to a certain extent, but compared with the treatment group, the improvement degree was far less than that in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant (P","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"379 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132842437","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The univariate analysis revealed no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, smoking, or drinking; operation time, postoperative hospital stay, lithotomy position, postoperative urinary tract infection, or high blood pressure. Blood lipids and coagulation function indices (prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thrombin time (a PTT)) showed statistically significant differences. In patients undergoing urological surgery, logistic multivariate analysis revealed that operation time, postoperative hospital stay, lithotomy position, postoperative urinary tract infection, PT, aPTT, and hyperlipidemia were all independent risk factors for postoperative DVT. Thus, the primary risk factors for DVT after urological surgery include the duration of the operation, the length of the postoperative hospital stay, the location of the lithotomy, the presence of a postoperative urinary tract infection, hyperlipidemia, and abnormal coagulation function indicators.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116807001","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods — A test group of 90 rats was subjected to psychological stress for 30 minutes a day for 14 days. The rats were divided into three groups, and treated with tyrosine 250mg/kg, 500mg/kg, 1000mg/kg per day, 30 rats as psychological stress group and 30 rats as control group. After stress, TH and fos protein immunohistochemical staining were carried out on the relevant brain tissue sections of VTA (lateral tegmental area), Nac (nucleus accumbens) and mPFC (prefrontal cortex), and the results of TH immunohistochemical staining, Fos protein immunohistochemical staining and Fos/TH double staining were analyzed. Results — In VTA, the number of TH positive neurons in stress group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05), and the number of TH positive neurons in 500mg/kg and 1000mg/kg tyrosine groups was higher than that in stress group (P<0.05). The expression of Fos protein in VTA, mPFC and Nac of control group was lower than that of stress group, and the expression of Fos protein in VTA, mPFC and Nac of 500mg/kg and 1000mg/kg tyrosine groups was lower than that of stress group (P<0.05). Conclusion — Repeated psychological stress can damage central dopaminergic neurons, decrease the number of TH positive neurons and increase the expression of Fos protein. Tyrosine, the precursor of dopamine, can effectively control the damage.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"08 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127219063","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, 60 city association motorcycle athletes with knee joint injuries were selected, and the control group and the experimental group were tested and compared by random grouping. The control group received a series of planned rehabilitation training followed by traditional Chinese massage to relax. The experimental group used acupuncture therapy plan for rehabilitation after rehabilitation training. After the control group and the experimental group have completed the test, the data is measured to compare the knee joint function score (Lyholm) grade differences and pain scores at several different time nodes and observe and analyze them. The Lysholm score and pain score of the control group at different time nodes are both Lower than the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Data experiments prove that acupuncture therapy is more effective for knee joint injury rehabilitation, and is better than general traditional Chinese massage therapy. For motorcycle athletes’ knee joint injury rehabilitation, acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training can significantly reduce athlete’s knee joint pain, reduce the number of athletes’ injuries, speed up knee joint injury recovery, increase joint mobility, and improve rehabilitation efficacy.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"110 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125064089","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
