There are many kinds of oral mucosal diseases, and there are many treatment methods. Natural drugs are widely used in the treatment of oral mucosal diseases because of their good anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, antibacterial and wound healing ability, easy to obtain and low cost. In this paper, the representative application of network pharmacology research in the treatment of common oral mucosal diseases by natural drugs is reviewed, and some representative articles on the potential pharmacological mechanism of natural drugs in the treatment of oral mucosal diseases are summarized and analyzed, providing reference ideas for the experimental research on the prevention and treatment of oral mucosal diseases by natural drugs.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114592174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its pathogenesis is varied and complex and its clinical incidence are increasing year by year. The pathogenesis of this disease is related to emotional diet, immunity, environment and other factors. The disease location is in the liver, spleen and kidney. The pathogenesis is the deficiency of the essence and the deficiency of the Yin of the liver and kidney, and the phlegm movement of the liver wind. The disease is initially liver wind, and then develops and changes, affecting the spleen. This paper emphasizes on grasping the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, combining the disease and syndrome, in the treatment of the early stage should calm the liver and dissipate wind, the middle and late stage should strengthen the spleen and eliminate phlegm, so as to put forward the treatment theory of \"harmonization of the liver and spleen\". The \"treatment of liver and spleen\" is an important direction of TCM disease diagnosis and treatment. Based on the theory of \"harmonization of liver and spleen\", the importance of \"liver and spleen\" in the development process of Tourette’s disease in children is explored, which provides a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130368885","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is a group of primary malignant tumors of the blood system. Most of the diseases begin in the bone marrow, resulting in the release of a large number of abnormal blood cells into the peripheral blood, resulting in a series of clinical symptoms and signs. At present, the exact cause of leukemia is not clear, most of the genetic factors and environmental (non-genetic) factors combined effect of the result. There are four main types of leukemia: acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic lymphoblastic leukemia (CLL), and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). The development of the above-mentioned malignant hematologic diseases to the end stage often causes multiple organ dysfunction and pain. Late pain causes severe body drain and affects the patient's quality of life. In addition to conventional tumor analgesia, pain nursing is also very important in pain management of patients with advanced hematopathy. This paper reviews the literature of late pain nursing for patients with leukemia in recent years, and makes a review in order to provide some reference for the clinical late pain nursing for patients with leukemia.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121187610","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: The randomized controlled trial of acupuncture treatment of neurogenic tinnitus included in PubMed, CNKI, the full text database of Chinese scientific and technological journals of Vip, Wanfang data resource system, and the Chinese biomedical literature database from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2022 was searched by computer. Refer to CONSORT expansion statement and STRICTA list for data extraction. The methodological quality and report quality of the included study were evaluated based on the CONSORT expansion statement, and the intervention report quality was evaluated based on the STRICTA list. Results: A total of 72 articles were included in the evaluation, including 69 Chinese articles and 3 English articles. After reading the literature, it was found that most of the literature had problems such as irregular randomization, insufficient process of subjects, general lack of blind related design, outcome evaluation to be improved, acupuncture details to be further described, and no details of acupuncture and moxibustion teacher qualifications. Conclusion: At present, the quality of clinical randomized controlled trials of acupuncture treatment for neurogenic tinnitus is generally poor, which has a certain impact on the reliability and reference value of the research results. It is suggested that in the future clinical trial research, the design, implementation and literature report of clinical trial should be described in strict accordance with the CONSORT statement and STRICTA standard.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"105 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114628528","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
