According to the different treatment methods, two groups (50 cases in each group) were named, one group was the control group (applying bilateral puncture treatment through the vertebral body), the other group was the experimental group (unilateral puncture treatment through the vertebral body).Results: Compared with the control group, the operation time of the experimental group was shorter, P < 0.05; Compared with the control group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less, P < 0.05; Compared with the control group, the amount of bone cement filling and X-ray exposure in the experimental group were significantly less, P < 0.05; Compared with the control group, there was no difference in bone cement leakage rate in the experimental group (P > 0.05).
