Research progress of curcumin in anti-tumor effect
: Curcumincumin is the main active component of the rhizoma Curcumincuma longa, a hydrophobic polyphenol with a wide range of biological and pharmacological activities. It can be used to treat tumors, diabetes, inflammation, neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome and liver diseases, etc. This article reviews the anti-tumor effects and mechanisms of Curcumincumin, such as targeted regulation of tumor cell cycle, inhibition of angiogenesis, and promotion of tumor cell apoptosis and other related signaling pathways and targets. It is hoped to provide some reference for the clinical research and application of Curcumincumin in anti-tumor in the future.
