Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi juga yang semakin canggih seharusnya bisa dimanfaatkan seseorang untuk menambah wawasan dan bahan untuk media belajar, sehingga bisa mengelola keuangan yang baik sejak dini, dan nantinya semakin siap dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa dan faktor yang mempengaruhi seperti karakteristik demografis serta perilaku keuangan.  Penelitian ini memiliki responden sebanyak 150 mahasiswa yang berasal dari jurusan Manajemen dan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan indikator literasi keuangan meliputi: pengetahuan umum keuangan pribadi, pengetahuan manajemen uang, asuransi, dan investasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengolahan statistik deskriptif menunjukkan jika tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa tinggi, yaitu 69,73 persen. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, usia, tahun masuk, tempat tinggal, perilaku keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan, sedangkan pendapatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Literasi keuangan, faktor demografi dan perilaku keuangan. Abstract Financial literacy in individuals becomes a special interest for someone, because it can affect the decision-making process for someone more efficiently, thoroughly and rationally. Along with the development of technology which is also increasingly sophisticated, someone should be able to add insight and material for learning media, so that they can manage finances well from an early age, and will be more ready to face the world of work. This study aims to examine the level of student financial literacy and influencing factors such as demoraphic characteristics and financial behavior. This study have respondents as many as 150 students who come from the Department of Management and Accounting, Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. This study uses a questionnaire with indicators of financial literacy including: general knowledge of personal finance, knowledge of money management, insurance, and investment. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi dan menysusn strategi dalam pengembangan Usaha Mirko Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Desa Nembol Kecamatan Mandalawangi Pandeglang, sebagai salah satu sektor unggulan dalam membantu peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Nembol Kecamatan Mandalawangi Pandeglang. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode kualitatif melalui proses observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi disajikan dalam bentuk data,  kemudian analisa menggunakan   analisis matrik SWOT untuk mengetahu kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman.Informan yang dijadikan sumber data terdiri dari Kepala Desa Nembol, Bumdes, Koperasi, pelaku umkm, Dinas UMKM Pandeglang dan Masyarakat Desa Nembol, waktu pelaksanaan penelitian satu tahun.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat permasalahan pada setiap pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Desa Nembol seperti: permodalan, produksi, pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, pengenalan teknologi, sosial dan ekonomi, sehingga pengembangan UMKM di Desa Nembol Kecamatan Mandalawangi belum bisa terlaksana dengan baik. Sedangkan strategi yang tepat dilakukan dalam pengembangan UMKM yang ada di Desa Nembol Kecamatan Mandalawangi Pandeglang adalah Strategi SO (Growth). Strategi SO (Growth) merupakan strategi yang memanfaatkan kekuatan yang ada untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Kata Kunci : Strategi, pengembangan, UMKM, SWOT . Abstract Nembol Village has a lot of potential for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are sourced from agriculture and plantations. This study aims to analyze and to identify the problems faced and formulate strategies in the development of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nembol Village, Mandalawangi District. Pandeglang, as one of the leading sectors in helping improve the economy of the people of Nembol Village. This research used qualitative method through a process of observation, interviews, and documentation presented in the form of data, then the data analysis used SWOT matrix analysis to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The informants used as the data source consisted of the Head of Nembol Village, Bumdes, Cooperatives, MSMEs actors, the Pandeglang MSMEs Office and the Nembol Village Community, the research implementation time is one year. As part of management strategy, tax avoidance is important to know for a manager. The purpose of this research is to examine the level of tax avoidance of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia and the role of employee benefit liabilities, sales growth, capital intensity, and earnings management in effecting this. This study uses purposive sampling and 78 manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2019 that were selected as research samples and obtained a final sample of 312 firm-years observation. The result of panel data regression using a random effect model finds strong evidence that employee benefit liabilities have a negative effect on tax avoidance while sales growth, capital intensity, and earning management has a positive effect on tax avoidance.Keywords: Employee benefit liabilities, sales growth, capital intensity, earning management, tax avoidance. Abstrak Penghindaran pajak adalah salah satu strategi yang biasa digunakan dalam manajemen pajak. Sebagai bagian dari manajemen strategi, maka penghindaran pajak penting diketahui oleh seorang manajer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji tingkat penghindaran pajak industri manufaktur di Indonesia dan peran kewajiban imbalan kerja, pertumbuhan penjualan, intensitas modal, dan manajemen laba dalam mempengaruhi hal tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan 78 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2016 hingga 2019, yang dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian dan diperoleh sampel akhir sebanyak 312 data panel perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif melalui proses observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis Matrik SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dalam rangka pengembangan UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Kecamatan Pulo Ampel Serang Banten. Informan yang dijadikan sumber data terdiri dari: Camat Pulo Ampel, Kepala Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Pulo Ampel, Pihak akademisi, pelaku UMKM, Pegawai Dinas UMKM Serang, pengamat UMKM, penelitian dilakukan selama kurun waktu satu tahun. Sedangkan strategi yang tepat dilakukan dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Kecamatan Puloampel Kabupaten Serang adalah strategi adalah Strategi SO (Growth).Strategi SO merupakan strategi yang memanfaatkan kekuatan yang ada untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan para pelaku UMKM yang berbasis ekonomi  kreatif  belum mampu memberikan predikat khusus bagi Kecamatan Pulo Ampel, karena mereka memiliki kemampuan yang terbatas serta mengalami permasalahan dalam pengembangan usahanya.Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM kreatif Kecamatan Pulo Ampel  antara lain permasalahan permodalan yang terbatas, bahan baku dan penggunaan peralatan produksi yang sederhana, media pemasaran terbatas karena belum adanya sentra UMKM, biaya transaksi yang cukup banyak, tenaga kerja yang kurang terampil, dan masalah pendaftaran hak cipta mereka. Abstract Pulo Ampel District has the potential for products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy that need to be developed, ranging from marine products, fisheries, agriculture, handicrafts, animal husbandry, food. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 75 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Tsunami selat sunda yang terjadi pada tanggal 22 Desember 2018, telah menghancurkan wisata Pantai yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang mulai dari Kawasan Pantai Carita sampai Kecamatan Sumur. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa penerapan strategi promosi pengelolaan wisata pantai pasca tsunami Selat Sunda yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Pandeglang bekerja sama dengan beberapa pelaku usaha wisata yang ada di sekitar pantai di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis SWOT dengan menganalisa kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang dimilki potensi wisata pantai yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan perlu adanya penerapan beberapan strategi diantaranya: strategi promosi yang berkelanjutan, startegi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, strategi pengembangan potensi wisata pantai, strategi engembangan kelembagaan, diharapakan dengan penerapan beberapa strategi tersebut diatas dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan ke wisata pantai yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang Pasca Tsunami Selat Sunda. Kata kunci: Strategi, Promosi, Wisata, Pantai, Tsunami. Abstrac t The coastal tourism sector of Pandeglang Regency, Banten, is a sector that is favored and contributes to the Regional Revenue of Pandeglang Regency. The Sunda Strait tsunami that occurred on 22 December 2018, has destroyed beach tourism in Pandeglang Regency starting from the Carita Beach Area to Sumur District. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the promotion strategy for coastal tourism management after the Sunda Strait tsunami carried out by the Pandeglang Regency Tourism Office in collaboration with several tourism businesses around the coast in Pandeglang Regency. The analytical method used in this research is the SWOT analysis method by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that have the potential for coastal tourism in Pandeglang Regency. The results of this study indicate the need to implement several strategies including sustainable promotion strategies, human resources development strategies, coastal tourism potential development strategies, institutional development strategies, it is hoped that the implementation of some of the strategies mentioned above can help increase tourist visits to coastal tourism. in Pandeglang Regency Post-Sunda Strait Tsunami. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mahasiswi Program Studi Manajeen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Bina Bangsa. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling diperoleh sebanyak 71 orang sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada uji t atau uji parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel iklan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian . Selanjutnya kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian . Pengujian hipotesis pada uji simultan menunjukan bahwa iklan dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Iklan, Kepercayaan Konsumen, Keputusan Pembelian. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and consumer trust on purchasing decisions for Wardah brand lipstick products. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bina Bangsa University. Determining the number of samples using probability sampling techniques obtained as many as 71 samples. The data analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing on the t-test or partial test show that the advertising variable has a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision variable. Furthermore, consumer confidence has a significant positive effect on purchasing decision variables. Hypothesis testing in the simultaneous test shows that advertising and consumer trust have a significant positive effect on purchasing decision variables. Keberadaan pasar retail Indomaret dan Alfamaret belum memberikan dampak secara langsung kepada para pelaku UMKM, karena produk hasil olahan mereka belum bisa di pasarkan di pasar retail, baik di Indomaret dan Alfamaret. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa keberadaan pasar retail dalam hal ini Indomaret dan Alfamaret yang ada di Kota Pandeglang. Pendekatan penelitian yang di gunakan adalah k ualitatif melalui proses observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian di sajikan dalam bentuk data. Metode a nalisis yang di gunakan adalah analisis SWOT, dengan menganalisa kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman produk hasil olahan para pelaku UMKM di Kota Pandeglang. P enelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa strategi diantaranya , strategi pengembangan potensi produk hasil olahan UMKM, strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, strategi pengembangan kelembagaan, adanya peraturan daerah, dan strategi pengenalan teknologi informasi, diharapkan dengan penerapan beberapa strategi tersebut diatas dapat membantu produk hasil olahan UMKM di Kota Pandeglang, bisa dipasarkan di Indomaret dan Alfamaret yang ada di Kota Pandeglang . Kata kunci: Pasar, Retail, Pemasaran, Produk, UMKM . Abstrac t Pandeglang is an area that produces a lot of products from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In running their business, MSME players in Pandeglang City experience many obstacles, one of which is how to market their products. The existence of the Indomaret and Alfamart retail markets has not had a direct impact on MSME players, because their processed products cannot yet be marketed in the retail market, both in Indomaret and Alfamart. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existence of the retail market, in this case, Indomaret, and Alfamart, in the city of Pandeglang. The research approach used is qualitative through a process of observation, interviews, and documentation, then presented in the form of data. The analytical method used is a SWOT analysis, by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of processed products by MSME actors in the City of Pandeglang. This research resulted in several strategies including, strategies for developing the potential of MSME processed products, human resource development strategies, institutional development strategies, the existence of regional regulations, and strategies for the introduction of information technology. Pandeglang can be marketed in Indomaret and Alfamart in the city of Pandeglang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa strategi pengembangan yang tepat yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Serang, Desa Bojonegara, pengelola dan warga sekitar Bojonegara dalam pengembangan wisata religi Gunung Santri sebagai kawasan strategi wisata religi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif deskriptif melalui proses observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT dengan menganalisa kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang di miliki kawasan wisata religi gunung santri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlu adanya penerapan beberapa strategi pengembangan diantaranya yaitu strategi pengembangan potensi wisata religi, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, strategi pengembangan sarana dan prasarana, strategi pengembangan kelembagaan, strategi promosi yang tepat sasaran. Diharapkan dengan penerapan beberapa strategi pengembangan tersebut diatas bisa memberikan perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan wisata religi gunung santri yang ada di Desa Bojonegara Kecamatan Bojonegara  Serang, sehingga kunjungan wisatawan dalam hal para peziarah bisa meningkat dengan demikian secara tidak langsung bisa meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Bojonegara Kecamatan Bojonegara Kabupaten Serang Banten.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pengembangan, Wisata, Religi.AbstractThe local government of the Serang Regency continues to strive to develop the tourism sector, one of which is the development of the religious tourism area of the mountain santri which is located in Bojonegara Village, Bojonegara Serang District. However, until now the management of the religious tourism area of Mount Santri has not been optimal, the facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the strategy for developing religious tourism in Mount Santri. The informants in this study were determined using the snowball sampling technique. The analytical method used is a SWOT analysis by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the religious tourism area of the mountain santri. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to implement several development strategies including strategies for developing the potential for religious tourism, human resource development, strategies for developing facilities and infrastructure, strategies for institutional development, and promotion strategies that are right on target. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probabilty sampling dengan menggunakan metode sensus atau sampling total, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik kuesioner. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 responden. Untuk menguji kualitas data dari instrumen yang digunakan dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Analisis regresi linear berganda, yang terdiri dari Uji koefisien determinasi (R 2 ), uji simultan (Uji-F), dan uji parsial (Uji-T). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Family Conflict (konflik peran ganda) dan stress kerja secara serentak (simultan) berpegaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai wanita pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Malangke Barat Kabupaten Luwu Utara dan variabel Work Family Conflict (konflik peran ganda) yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai wanita pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Malangke Barat Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Besarnya kontribusi variable Work Family conflict dan stres kerja mempengaruhi variable kinerja pegawai wanita pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Malangke Barat sebesar 0,318 atau 31,8%, dan sisanya sebesar 68,2% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Family Conflict (multiple role conflict) and work stress on the performance of female employees at the Puskesmas, Malangke Barat Subdistrict, North Luwu Regency and to determine the most dominant variable influencing the performance of female employees at the Puskesmas Malangke Barat Subdistrict, North Luwu Regency. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling using census or total sampling methods, where all populations are sampled. Data were collected using a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The number of respondents in this study was 44 respondents. To test the quality of the data from the instruments used, validity and reliability tests were carried out. The classic assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test.
