PLN (PERSERO) Palopo City aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Palopo City Branch. The population in this study was 45 respondents who were employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Palopo City Branch, while determining the number of samples using the total sampling technique (census), the number of samples is the same as the total population. The data of this study were obtained from observations, questionnaires, and direct interviews. The results showed that the value of t_count > t_table was 5.378 > 2.016 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and the regression coefficient value of the knowledge sharing variable was positive at 0.483, so it can be interpreted that the knowledge sharing variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Palopo City Branch. One of the businesses that can survive in the pandemic period is a small business in the culinary field. This study uses entrepreneurship characteristics and Vidu as two of several factors that influence entrepreneurial activities. Furthermore, entrepreneurial activity is thought to influence the business growth of the business actors MSMEs Bakery and cakes in Bantul Regency. The sample used in the study was 107 respondents, and data were processed using WarpPLs. Data processing results show that entrepreneurial characteristics and individual characteristics affect entrepreneurial activities. In contrast, entrepreneurial activity is also proven to affect the growth of bakeries and cakes. Outbound training adalah kegiatan simulasi atau pelatihan yang dilakukan di lapangan terbuka, cocok untuk banyak perusahaan. Pelatihan semacam ini sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan CV. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data, hasil data diperoleh dari observasi, pencatatan dan wawancara. Menafsirkan hasil wawancara untuk menjelaskan hasil penelitian, dan mengajukan pertanyaan kepada karyawan dalam bentuk pertanyaan. Menurut hasil penelitian, pelatihan yang diterapkan perusahaan berada di luar pelatihan perusahaan (off-job training). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode (experiential learning) atau proses belajar melalui pengalaman. Melalui pengalaman belajar, kerja tim yang solid akan terbentuk. Pelaksanaan pelatihan pegawai ini telah merangsang semangat pegawai untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Menjadikan kinerja pegawai dilihat dari kemampuan, tingkat pengetahuan, semangat kerja dan kelancaran kerja.Kata Kunci: Sumber Daya Manusia, Training, Kinerja, Organisasi.Abstract Human resources are the resources that most determine the success of an organization. Outbound training is a simulation or activity carried out in an open field, suitable for many companies. This kind of training is very effective in increasing employee morale. This study aims to determine how training implementation improves employee performance CV. XYZ. This study uses qualitative research and descriptive methods. In data collection techniques, the data results are obtained from observation, recording, and interviews. They were interpreting interview results to explain research results and asking employees questions in the form of questions. According to the research results, the training implemented by the company is outside the company's training (off-job training). Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Proportional Random Sampling. Ukuran sampel ditentukan dengan rumus slovin yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden. Berdasarkan data mentah atau data primer yang terkumpul dari responden, selanjutnya diproses melalui software:1) SPSS for windows yang menghasilkan informasi atau data untuk keperluan analisis karakteristik responden dan statistik deskriptif, dan 2) Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) yang menghasilkan data untuk keperluan pengujian instrumen penelitian (outer model) dan analisis statistik inferensial berupa analisis jalur (inner model), dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leader Member Exchange yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan work engagement. Iklim organisasi yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan work engagement. Leader member exchange yang semakin baik tidak mampu meningkatkan kinerja. Iklim organisasi yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan Kinerja. Work engagement yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja. Leader member exchange yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja yang dimediasi work engagement. Iklim Organisasi yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan Kinerja yang dimediasi work engagement.Kata Kunci: Leader Member Exchange, Iklim Organisasi, Work Engagement, Kinerja.Abstract The purpose of the study was to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of Leader-Member Exchange and organizational climate on performance, as well as the role of work engagement as a mediating variable by conducting a study on the Personnel of the Maintenance Depo 30 Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Air Force Base, including enlisted personnel, non-commissioned officers, and officers totaling 250 personnel. The sample size was determined by the slovin formula, which was rounded up to 100 respondents. Based on raw data or primary data collected from respondents, then processed through software: 1) SPSS for windows which produces information or data to analyze respondent characteristics and descriptive statistics, and 2) Smart Partial Least Square (PLS), which produces data to test research instruments (outer model) and inferential statistical analysis in the form of path analysis (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results showed that a better Leader-Member Exchange could increase work engagement. A better organizational climate can increase work engagement. Leader-Member Exchange that is getting better is not able to improve performance. A better corporate environment can improve performance. Better work engagement can improve performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh keahlian keuangan direksi, kompensasi direksi, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan kepemilikan institusi terhadap penghindaran pajak. Penghindaran pajak diproksikan dengan GAAP ETR. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015-2019. Dengan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 26 perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kompensasi direksi berpengaruh negatif pada penghindaran pajak. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif pada penghindaran pajak. Kepemilikan institusi berpengaruh negatif pada penghindaran pajak. Sedangkan keahlian keuangan direksi dan pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh pada penghindaran pajak . Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan institusi, kompensasi, laba, pengalaman finansial, penghindaran pajak, pertumbuhan perusahaan. Abstract Tax avoidance is a strategy to reduce company expenses and increase profits. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of directors' financial expertise, board of directors compensation, profitability, company growth, and institutional ownership on tax avoidance. Tax avoidance is proxied by GAAP ETR. This study uses the population of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2015-2019. This research uses purposive sampling technique. as many as 26 companies that meet the criteria as a sample. The result of this research revealed that the directors compensation has a negative effect on tax avoidance while Profitability has a positive effect on tax avoidance. it was also found that Institutional ownership has a negative effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, the financial expertise of directors and company growth have no effect on tax avoidance. Pandeglang Regency is an area with a lot of tourism potential, but in the process of its development it is still far behind other areas. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine what factors influence so that there are still many Pandeglang residents who are not aware of tourism and to study why the city doctrine of students is so strong against Pandeglang residents that it affects the development of tourism in Pandeglang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a process of observation, interviews, and documentation with a SWOT matrix analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing tourism potential in Pandeglang Regency. The informants consist of: the tourism and creative economy office. Pandeglang, tourism managers, pokdarwis, religious leaders, academics, tourists, the people of Pandeglang, the research was carried out for one year.
