To describe the implementation of group guidance services to increase online learning motivation in class VIII H students at SMP Negeri 1 Jati Kudus in the 2022/2023 academic year. 2. An increase in online learning motivation was obtained through the Numbered Heads Together technique group guidance service for students in class VIII H at SMP Negeri 1 Jati Kudus for the 2022/2023 academic year. In Numbered Heads Together there are four stages in its implementation including, the action planning stage, the action implementation stage, observation and reflection. Motivation to learn is a process of movement along with encouragement in humans to carry out the process of changing behavior related to aspects of knowledge, skills and even attitudes. The research used was Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) with 8 students as research subjects. The results of the research on pre-cycle online learning motivation get an average score of 10 with a percentage of 30%. Whereas in cycle I got an average score of 18 percentages 54%. Whereas in cycle II, an average score of 30 percentages is 90%. In the implementation of group guidance services with Numbered Heads Together, the results of observations of researchers were carried out during group guidance which obtained results in the first cycle of researchers getting a score of 20 percentages, 60%. Meanwhile, in cycle II, a score of 29 percentages 87%. One result of this very rapid technological development is the emergence of the internet. As technology develops increasingly rapidly every year, the internet has emerged as a means of entertainment for the community, one of which is the existence of games that use the internet network, which are called online games. The development of science and technology is currently increasingly rapidly producing technological products that provide benefits and convenience for humans ranging from the benefits of science, education and entertainment. Online games are games that are played by more than one person or a group of people online using gadgets connected to the internet network. The habit of playing these games over time becomes an addiction where a person cannot resist the urge to play online games. Apart from having a negative impact, playing online games also has a positive impact, but it contains more negative impacts than positive impacts. In this study, researchers used behavioral counseling, self-management techniques to overcome the problem of online game addiction experienced by class .This research was carried out at SMA 1 Mejobo, located on Jln Pasar Ndoro, Japanese Village, RT 2 RW 3, Mejobo District, Kudus Regency, Central Java Province, Postal Code 59381, using descriptive qualitative research using a case study type of research which requires data from research objects and subjects. clearly and realistically. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation which were explored in depth in order to obtain accurate data on the causes of online game addiction experienced by Mejobo 1 High School students. The research subjects taken were two students of class X and other supporting sources such as the counseling teacher, homeroom teacher, and the client's classmates. The results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers with research subjects obtained the results of students at SMA 1 Mejobo who were addicted to online games. In the researcher's interview with the guidance counselor and homeroom teacher, the results obtained were 2 students who were used as clients by researchers, namely GFM and MHP, it was indicated that both students had problems with online game addiction and in the end the researcher chose to become research material by helping solve game addiction problems. onlineusing behavioristic counseling, self-management techniques.From the problems of the GFM and MHP clients, the counselor conducts counseling between the client and the counselor so that the problem can be resolved properly by using behavioristic counseling with self-management techniques. This can be proven at SMA Negeri 1 Nalumsari. The purpose of this research is to overcome low learning motivation using a rational emotive behavior therapy approach.Motivation to learn is a condition where there is an urge for someone to do something to achieve a goal, namely in learning by students who take a lesson to add insight in learning. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) counseling emphasizes rational thinking on student behavior. In this study the technique of providing Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) counseling assistance is the reinforcement technique.The type of research used in this research is quantitative research designed to use quasi experiments. The researcher used a pretest and posttest design which was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Nalumsari. Where there are 2 measurements, namely pretest before being given treatment, then giving treatment, and posttest after being given treatment.The results of the test calculations obtained an Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.020 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it is found that the internal factors causing truancy behavior are personal problems that underlie the behavior of each counselee. Counselee I has an external factor, which is the influence of peers and their home environment. Counselee II is caused by the factors of discrimination and lack of support from those around them. From the results, it can be concluded that truancy behavior includes many factors, including personal factors, family factors, environmental factors, and socio-economic factors. The results of the study show that the implementation of the service is carried out in five meetings. In the meeting there were still respondents who had not been able to adopt a healthy lifestyle and there were those who had adopted a healthy lifestyle and some respondents paid close attention; There are differences in the results of understanding reproductive health before and after providing services with content using audio-visual media.
