The subjects studied where 2 class XII-MIPA 5 student of SMA N 01 Jekulo Kudus who experienced anxiety in problem in facing final semester exams. The method of data collection uses the method of observation, interviews, and documention which is carried out in depth so that later it Will get accurate results on the problem studied by the author. Based on the who experienced anxiety in problem in facing final semester exams, it can be concluded that problem in facing final semester exams, because of fear when working on questions, nervous, dizzy, forgetting/blank when working on question, lack of concentration, and fear of competing grades in class. To assist counselees in overcoming anxiety in facing online learning, Rational EMOTIVE counseling is given. By using rational emotive therapy counseling, accept the fact that the value earned by his friend which is better because each individual has its own potential and different values good does not mean he will be a smart and successful person, but the value is mediocre can also be a successful person as long as there is confidence in himself.
