Organizational operations need maximum participation from all members. Therefore, the success of an organization is not just dependent on the facilities at its disposal, but also on the quality of its leadership. The development of a culture of leadership has to begin in the classroom, particularly at the high school level. The low leadership spirit for students of high school students will be overcome through various kinds of guidance applications, one of which is group guidance.
