The object of this dissertation is the secondary school teaching supervision system and the aim of this dissertation is to transfer the relationship between “supervision” and “guidance”, so the secondary teaching supervision system which mainly based on the stimulation, takes guidance as the major and uses supervision as the supplement is proposed. Therefore, it is demanding to teach children English. Based on an observation of an English class for 6-10-year-old children given by a young teacher Miss Li, this paper attempts to explore the possible ways to conduct a successful English class for kids in terms of form, means, procedure and teaching methods. An open interview is carried out to find out what her teaching philosophy or belief is. In conducting a successful English class for children, the teacher needs to consider the question of form, means, procedure and course programming, which are the teaching model advocated by Ji Jianguo (2007). The result indicates that some teaching methods are proffered in children’s English class. This paper takes small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, collects relevant data by means of network survey and practice survey, and uses SPSS statistical analysis software to conduct empirical research on employee participation and job satisfaction of SMEs. It is found that employee participation positively affects job satisfaction. Future population development in China has also become the focus of a lot of studies. This paper uses the 2010 census data and the Henan Yearbook statistics to revise the fertility parameters in Leslie population forecasting model considering the Universal Two-child Policy. This paper adopts both the original model and the revised one to do the prediction of the future population of Henan Province, and compares the results as to the population development trend and population structure change.
