Lactate is used as a marker for oxygen deciency in anaerobic\u0000metabolism at the tissue level. Increase in tissue lactate concentration is associated with cellular dysfunction due to the\u0000depletion of high energy phosphate compounds. This Institution based Retrospective study was done to Compare the peri -\u0000operative serum lactate levels in patients undergoing On-pump versus Off-pump CABG Surgery. Total 20 patients were\u0000analysed with mean age of 56.35 +- 4.33 years. EURO score-2 shows 0.85 +- 0.28 and 1.21 +- 0.54 in On-pump and Off-pump\u0000respectively. EURO score-2 is high in Off-pump when compared with On-pump and this ndings are statistically not signicant\u0000(p: 0.07). Peak lactate levels in On-pump& Off-pump CABG are 4.7& 5.8 mmol/dl respectively. Older studies showed that there\u0000was a signicant association seen between lactate level and CPB. The intricate\u0000behaviors of industrial systems, sensor interactions, control system corrections, and variability in aberrant behavior make\u0000anomaly identication and diagnosis—a crucial component of predictive maintenance— to be more and more challenging.\u0000Specic chemical processes necessitate extra stringent requirements in addition to high-precision actuator functioning. Even\u0000slight changes in the outcome product's quality can result from chemical interactions. Thus, in addition to the requirement for a\u0000high-performance integrated control system, monitoring operations must be quick and accurate enough to identify and isolate\u0000defects when system issues arise. This research investigates a data-driven estimation based process fault diagnostic and\u0000detection approach. This study was conducted to Method: explore the\u0000prevalence and various patterns of dyslipidemia, along with their clinical prole, in Rajkot and Saurashtra region of Gujrat,\u0000India; in 100 patients of CVDs presenting to P.D.U. Results: The\u0000study included 100 patients rst time diagnosed with non-communicable diseases for the rst time such as Myocardial\u0000Infarction, Cerebrovascular Stroke, Diabetes Mellitus, and Hypertension. In the present study, out of 100 cases, 72 (72%) were\u0000males and 28 (28%) were females. So, non-communicable diseases were found more commonly in males. In the present study,\u0000out of a total of 100 recruited cases, 83% had at least one abnormal lipid parameter, while 17% had a normal lipid prole.\u0000Considering the prevalence of dyslipidemia in both sexes, though minor, female preference was noticed. In the present study,\u000081.94% of males had dyslipidemia and 85.71% of females were dyslipidemic. Conclusion: Patients with low HDL had a family\u0000history positive in 72%.
