The crisis of the electricity is mainly due to increasing of load, lack of proper maintenance and other factors. To worsen this situation further, our resources are limited as well. Moreover our electricity penetration in rural areas has not improved yet. The fact that only 10% of the rural households have electricity connection and there are some parts of Bangladesh which will not get the access of electricity connection from the national grid within next 30 years [1] does not help the cause either. To overcome this crisis many projects and research has been done particularly focusing on renewable energy resources. The project in this paper illustrates the effective ways of utilizing solar and hydro energy to provide uninterruptible power supply (UPS) scheme during load shedding period also it could be used as standalone system with a minor adjustment to generate electricity. Harvesting clean energy from photovoltaic cell is reliable, pollution and noise free, low maintenance and long lasting energy source. However, typical Voltage-Current (V-I) and Power-Voltage (P-V) characteristics curves of PV cells depend on the weather conditions such as temperature and irradiation. It is always difficult to fix Maximum Power Point (MPP) on V-I and P-V curve. In order to achieve maximum efficiency from PV cells, Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) is used. This paper presents a non-inverting Buck-Boost converter based on MPPT and Non-MPPT technique by implementing modified P&O algorithm through MPPT control circuit. The modified P&O algorithm is a simple algorithm that does not require previous knowledge of the PV characteristics. A PV system incorporating a solar panel, Buck-Boost converter and load as battery is modeled and implemented through hardware. Entire range of the duty cycle needs to be used for using this modified algorithm. Without adding much additional cost a desired efficiency is obtained. The gap between demand and production is increasing day by day. System loss, transmission loss and established connection to grid without upcoming load plan are main issues regarding this crisis. It is possible to control this crisis by taking some necessary steps such as system loss reduction, establishing efficient interconnection, assembling necessary substation etc. Priority should be given to transmission and distribution of electrical energy through the proper way. This paper represents a case study and analysis to find out the key problems of existing power system including generating station, interconnected grid system and substations of Chittagong. Surface potential and electric field distribution along the device channel are comprehensively examined and compared with those of dual material gate (DMG) and single material gate (SMG) HEMT. TMG HEMT shows better suppression of drain induced barrier lowering (DIBL) and hot carrier effect (HCE) due to the formation of two steps screening effect in channel potential and less amount of electric field peak at the drain terminal. In practice software evolves from one version to another is needed for providing extra facilities to user. This kind of task is challenging in this domain since the database is usually updated in all kinds of manners such as insertion, various modifications as well as removal of sequences. If database is optimized then this optimized information will help developer in their development process and save their valuable time as well as development expenses. Some existing algorithms which are used to optimize database but it does not work faster when database is incrementally updated. To overcome this challenges an efficient algorithm is recently introduce, called the Canonical Order Tree that captures the content of the transactions of the database and orders. In this paper we have proposed a technique based on the Canonical Order Tree that can find out frequent patterns from the incremental database with speedy and efficient way. It is found that with the increase of LDD doping drive current of vertical MOSFET increases whereas sub-threshold performance is degraded. The degradation of sub-threshold performance is found to be more prominent at low body doping values. In addition, the threshold voltage of vertical MOSFET is found to decrease with the increase of LDD doping. These effects are explained by the reduction of the effective channel lengths and decrease in the source/ drain series resistances with the increase of LDD doping. A Photovoltaic (PV) cell, a DC/DC boost converter and a DC/AC inverter constitutes the system. The internal mechanism of solar cell with diagram & approximation of PV cell are described. The PV cell model is simple, precise, and takes external temperature as well as solar radiation into consideration. It also analyzes different types of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) methods with algorithm. To track the maximum power of PV cell, the algorithm conjoined in a DC/DC converter is used. Finally, by using DC/AC inverter, the output voltage of DC/DC converter is regulated and synchronized with the grid. Increased blood viscosity is an independent risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases. Elevated blood viscosity is associated with atherosclerosis and its growth. The knowledge of the arterial hemodynamics resulted due to atherosclerosis with different level of blood viscosity can clarify the relationship between artery stenosis and symptoms, and, finally, the risk of heart attack and stroke. Hence proficient imaging of blood flow has great clinical importance to understand the origin and evolution of disease. Therefore, investigation and detection of viscosity change and its effect might be helpful for better diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis. In this simulation work, hemo-disturbances are studied in a carotid artery finite element model (FEM) with atherosclerosis under different viscosities consideration using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The obtained FEM data are used to reconstruct color flow image of blood velocities using ultrasound radio-frequency (RF) signals to study atherosclerosis detecting the viscosity changes. The findings of this study suggest that ultrasound based blood flow image can detect the viscosity change effect related to atherosclerosis growth. This paper presents an implantable miniaturized antenna working in the Medical Implant Communication Service (MICS) band and being carried out in human body phantom models representing implantation inside the arm which helped to design the proposed antenna.
