Compression lasted for 6 h, isopression - 5 days, decompression - 18 h. The interval between sessions was 10 days. The present study has revealed that hyperbary increases the level of diene conjugates and shift bases in the erythrocyte membranes and plasma only after 1 and 3 sessions. Superoxide dismutase is suppressed after 3 and 5 sessions. Catalase activity remains unchanged. The effect of hyperbary on the induction of chromosome aberrations in bone marrow, cornea of the eye and germinal tissues has been studied. Bone marrow has been detected as more sensitive to hyperbary. Induction of aberrations in bone marrow cells has observed for 3 months.</p>","PeriodicalId":12337,"journal":{"name":"Fiziologicheskiĭ zhurnal","volume":"39 1","pages":"89-96"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1993-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"19321341","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An isolated proximal area of the small intestine was perfused by glucose, fructose, medical bile and Ringer's solutions in various intervals of the 24 hour period. The circadian cycle of glucose absorption is disturbed in the fasting rats. Various substrates differently alter their amplitude and acro-phase of absorption. Ringer's solution perfusion shifts the acro-phase absorption to evening time, while that of fructose occurs during day time and that of bile takes place at night. The circadian cycle of the fed rats is less subject to shifts. Fasting is a powerful exogenous factor causing structural changes in the small intestine and altering the circadian cycle of glucose absorption.</p>","PeriodicalId":12337,"journal":{"name":"Fiziologicheskiĭ zhurnal","volume":"39 1","pages":"107-12"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1993-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"19322061","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is found that sportsmen have predominantly a hyperreactive type and non-sportsmen--a hyporeactive type of sinus node reactivity to workloads. The control group consists of 28 practically healthy non-pregnant women. It is stated that during pregnancy essential changes in the function of endocrine glands of mother take place. the appearance of placenta, a new gland of internal secretion, producing choriogonadotropin (CG) as well as the great amount of other hormones of the steroid and protein nature causes essential changes in the regulatory mechanisms underlying the physiological activity of internal secretion glands in mother. The development and early functioning of the internal secretion glands of a fetus promote the hormonal shifts. With the pregnancy development the number of estrogen increases hundred times, relative to their production in non-pregnant women secretion of progesterone and prolactin increase ten times. The functional activity of anterior lobe of the hypophysis, manifesting itself in hypersecretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone inhibition of follicule-stimulating hormone production changes as well. It was shown that CD3, CD8 and CD38 T-cell marker antigens shed from the T-cell surface could be found in euglobulin fraction of serum patients. The patients with atopic dermatitis successfully treated with immunomodulator vilosen were selected and their serums obtained before and after treatment were investigated. The treatment resulted in the increase of CD8, CD3 determinants and a decrease of antigens determined by OKT10 antibodies (CD38). It is supposed that an increase of CD3 and CD8 determinants is caused by stimulation of T-lymphocyte proliferation and suppressor cell function by vilosen. Since CD38 marker is predominantly on the surface of immature and activated T-cells, which do not occur in circulating blood, it can be supposed that decrease of CD38 in the euglobulin fraction of serum reflects a shedding of these determinants from T-cells of thymus and peripheral lymphoid organs.</p>","PeriodicalId":12337,"journal":{"name":"Fiziologicheskiĭ zhurnal","volume":"39 1","pages":"67-72"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1993-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"19321335","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
