The perfusion with 50% Na+ H solution caused in AM the development of H contracture which was more than 50% higher than control contracture. H perfusion with 0.1 mM Ca2+, 1.0 mM La3+, and 10.0 mM of caffeine provides the discrimination of control and hypoNa+ contractures. It is assumed that early H contracture in AM is a result of inability of Ca-sequestering system to accumulate intracellular Ca2+ and Ca2+ influxing through the sarcolemma. It was established that the efficacy of prophylactic of thrombosis by plasmin only was low: middle ball of thrombosis was 2.5-3.0. The combination of plasmin with alpha-adrenoblockers dihydroergotoxine or prazosin under these conditions is most efficient against the formation of thrombus (middle ball of thrombus in this case was 0.8-1.1). It was shown that 1 mm3 of vMGB tissue contains 29,460 neurons. {"title":"[Interaction of the inotropic effect of norepinephrine and acetylcholine on the guinea pig's myocardium].","authors":"S G Kazmin,&nbsp;S B Dudka","doi":"","DOIUrl":"","url":null,"abstract":"<p><p>The experiments on guinea pig myocardium slices have been carried out to study the interaction of inotropic effects of different doses of norepinephrine (NE, from 10(-7) to 10(-5) mol/l) and acetylcholine (AC, from 10(-8) to 10(-6) mol/l). With an increase of NE concentration the negative influence of AC on the inotropic action is replaced by positive one. It is shown that there are optimal concentrations of NE and AC to exert a negative influence of AC on adrenergic inotropic effect (in these experiments--3 x 10(-7) mol/l for both influences). A decrease in frequency of contractions of AC on NE effect and positive influence of adrenergic myocardium stimulation on inotropic effect of AC, respectively. Hypoxia (8.0-8.5% of O2 in the respiratory mixture) was used in microfractionated (2 Gy) irradiation of metastatic spreading zones. When irradiating under conditions of hypoxia, the number of fractions was brought up to 28 as compared to 20 in control. Despite a 40%-increase of the dose, seriousness of radiation reactions and remote injuries remained at the same level. Some criteria of injury shown that hypoxia protects the kidneys against irradiation, changes in irradiation dose constituting 1.25-1.33. Against a background of hypoxic state of patients the values of quantitative indices of cellular immunity (E-RFC, blast-transformation reaction with phytohemagglutination) were revealed to decrease and dysimmunoglobulinemia-to form. It is shown that in the period of exacerbation of clinical symptoms of bronchitis the concentration of malonic dialdehyde and resistance of erythrocyte membranes to peroxide hemolysis significantly increase. Analysis of peroxidation level against a background of improvement of clinical indices after the performed treatment indicates that there is no tendency to normalization of metabolic disorders.
