The aim of this paper was to analyze the pedagogical practices applied by the teachers of two public state schools located in the municipalities of Capim Branco and Prudente de Morais, MG, in order to verify how often the environmental theme is worked in the classrooms. as well as whether there is ease and understanding in working interdisciplinarily on environmental issues with the disciplines that teachers teach and whether teaching resources (books, games, technologies) are available to teachers to work on such a topic. A structured and adapted questionnaire was elaborated and adapted to the PE and Middle teachers, composed of multiple choice and dichotomous questions and the information obtained was analyzed. There was little frequency in working with environmental themes in the disciplines that teachers teach and even in the face of difficulties in obtaining didactic resources to work with this theme in public schools, teachers are stimulated and develop pedagogical practice beyond the traditional, However, they contradict each other by supporting Environmental Education as a curricular discipline, which shows a lack of theoretical basis on Environmental Education.","PeriodicalId":12278,"journal":{"name":"FIEP Bulletin On-line","volume":"41 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86597405","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The experiment was conducted between March and June, 2019, with class VI, consists of 24 students, of which: 10 boys and 14 girls.The specific football action means were conceived and conducted within the allocated time of the physical education lesson of 50 minutes. The experiment consisted of an initial testing (March 6, 2019), comprising control challenges, obtaining initial data for the experiment, one intermediary tests (April 20, 2019), and a final testing (May 29, 2019), at the end of the experiment, through which the final data of the experiment was recorded, using the same challenges.Between the initial and the final testing, the established training means and programs were applied. During the experiment, the subjects' progress was verified by two control tests: 5x10 meter shuttle - girls / boys and 50 meters speed run - girls / boys.At the end of the experiment and after analyzing the recorded results, we are able to state that the correct use of certain means of action specific to the game of football in class VI ensures the development of the speed of movement.","PeriodicalId":12278,"journal":{"name":"FIEP Bulletin On-line","volume":"37 6 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89146902","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The rates of individuals with hypertension have been increasing due to environmental factors, as well as pathophysiological factors such as increased serum homocysteine (Hci) levels. However, research involving strength training, its respective intensities and Hci levels is scarce and inconclusive. This systematic review aimed to identify in the literature studies that evaluated the effect of strength training on serum Hci levels and their contributions in the fight against cardiovascular disease. Exercise has been a source of study as a method for reducing circulating Hci levels. A search was performed in the PubMed, Lilacs, and Scielo databases using as descriptors the terms homocysteine associated with strength training. The selected articles were obtained in full and included in the sample. Regarding the intensity of strength training, two studies were performed with 75 to 80% of 1 RM, one research performed with 60% of 1 RM, one study used 50 to 80% of 1 RM and only one research was performed with 35% of 1 RM. 1 RM. This systematic review has shown that strength training can play an important role in reducing Hci plasma levels in middle-aged and elderly individuals undergoing a regular program of moderate to high intensity strength exercise, despite the mechanisms by which this reduction occurs. it is unclear.","PeriodicalId":12278,"journal":{"name":"FIEP Bulletin On-line","volume":"10 20","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91452170","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Núñez","doi":"10.16887/90.A1.58","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.16887/90.A1.58","url":null,"abstract":"The growing participation of young people in football is a motivation for coaches, physical trainers and parents to know what are the special requirements to practice this sport safely, especially nutritional requirements. During childhood and adolescence, a balance is sought between nutritional status, exercise and physical growth. The food must meet the energy and nutrient requirements to enhance physical growth and maturation, physical activity, academic performance and maintain a reserve to meet the needs of the pubertal growth or strain. Calcium is an essential mineral for bone strengthening, especially in the pubertal stage, so it is imperative to ensure its proper consumption with the diet. Hypocalcaemia is uncommon in healthy children and adolescents, and the primary need for dietary calcium is to ensure bone growth and health. Objectives To assess the average calcium consumption of dairy sources in adolescent soccer players linked to the New Star Club of the city of Asuncion in April 2018. Materials and methods The study had a non-experimental design, with a quantitative approach, descriptive scope and cross section in which 37 teenage soccer players who attended the New Star Club participated. The instrument to collect the data was a research file designed for this purpose, which included personal data of the subjects of study, and the Food Consumption Frequency Questionnaire, which is one of the most used methods in food history, taking As an advantage the simple and cheap. Results The average calcium value of dairy sources consumed by adolescents in the sample was 614 ± 209 mg / day, less than half of the required value of 1300 mg / day. Daily calcium consumption from dairy sources reflects a wide difference between 78% of inadequate or insufficient consumption compared to only 22% of adequate consumption. Discussion Coinciding with Barranco, Gisela Ivon, who found that 106 child soccer players in the 1999 category between 10 and 11 years old had an average calcium intake of 813.03 ± 347.48, with 1495 mg being the highest value consumed. Conclusion 78% of adolescents have inadequate or insufficient calcium intake. These data reveal the importance of promoting a nutritional education in schools, colleges and sports venues thus avoiding the risks involved in sports with poor nutrition.","PeriodicalId":12278,"journal":{"name":"FIEP Bulletin On-line","volume":"90 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86937954","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The productions marked by the characterization of body meanings gained an even more important role, mainly due to the technological advances and the consolidation of the expansion of the telecommunications sector with the project led by the Brazilian Telecommunications Company (Embratel), which made possible the coverage network throughout the Brazilian territory.In this sense, the main objective of this article is to reflect on the role of Brazilian television drama, especially from the 1980s, regarding the new configurations of the “ideal body” and the construction of the so-called “health generation”. These reflections are important precisely because they represent a point of reference and a milestone in the growth of gyms and bodybuilding. Importantly, media (especially television) represented a unique space for the propagation of the “new” body, beauty and behavioral patterns to be followed by society. The exposure of the female body, for example, by the actresses in evidence translated the image that the cultural industry defined as the one that should be desired. The methods used were bibliographic and exploratory research, through the analysis of articles, books, videos, and other sources, whose approach is based on questions about body, cultural industry, teledramaturgy and cyber space.","PeriodicalId":12278,"journal":{"name":"FIEP Bulletin On-line","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74875595","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus cycling is a possibility of low impact activity. This research aims to analyze the contributions of cycling in a person with fibromyalgia, highlighting the benefits of sport in maintaining and preserving well-being and quality of life. This research addresses the case study, in a context of cross-sectional study, in the qualitative research paradigm, in a male, diagnosed with fibromyalgia, with 41 years and 04 months, a civil servant, during the year 2019. Due to his injuries and pain, he had not played sports regularly for a year. During the period of diagnosis of fibromyalgia, this individual started to search for activities that reduced tiredness and, especially, pain. With the oriented practices, it is first noticed that the bikefit was fundamental in the regulation of the bicycle for the practical sessions, since the activities took place in indoor and outdoor situations. Over the three months of the sessions, they were divided into 13 weeks with four weekly sessions totaling 52 interventions lasting an average of two hours (120 minutes), respecting the routine of the sessions and the perception of the involved according to the Effort Perception Rate. (TPE). It can be concluded that the interval training sessions had a positive effect, as improvements in speed, strength and endurance were observed; as the sessions had short intervals, but with intense effort did not cause injuries and pain at the end of the interventions.","PeriodicalId":12278,"journal":{"name":"FIEP Bulletin On-line","volume":"42 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90120730","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
