A qualitative analysis of raw materials was carried out using color reactions, thin-layer chromatography in pear fruits most widely cultivated in the territory of the Russian Federation. At the same time, medicines should provide the most important properties of pharmaceutical substances, namely, their most rapid and complete release from the base of the dosage form and penetration into the target organ, which should serve as factors in justifying formulations and technologies of effective and safe medicines [3, 4]. Due to the lesser manifestation of side effects and ease of use, soft dosage forms (gels, ointments) are among the most demanded dosage forms on the modern pharmaceutical market. The trend towards replacing hydrophobic bases in soft dosage forms with hydrophilic ones has been traced in pharmacy for quite a long time, since gels provide higher efficiency in application due to better penetration of pharmaceutical substances through the skin barrier relative to hydrophobic ointments. The presence of a polymer-gelling agent in gels determines not only the rheological properties of medicines, but also allows a highly dispersed solid phase of a pharmaceutical substance to be included in the network structure of a polymer and to maintain the dispersion of a pharmaceutical substance poorly soluble in water during storage. Methyluracil, also known as dioxomethyltetrahydropyrimidine, is a derivative of pyrimidine, a structural element of nucleic acids and is used in the treatment of diseases of various etiologies, mainly to improve the course of regeneration in damaged tissues. A significant disadvantage of methyluracil is its low solubility in water, which significantly affects the degree of release of the pharmaceutical substance from the base of the drug [1]. This method makes it possible to reveal the relationship between structure and activity, as well as to search for new active compounds. Due to the fact that the antiviral activity of flavonoids and their derivatives has been shown experimentally and clinically, the study of their antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 is a promising study. In an in silico experiment, the possibility of binding 20 flavonoid ligands and the main protease SARS-CoV-2 was studied. The structural features of flavone and flavanone derivatives have been determined, which determine their ability to block the main protease of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This article describes the results of evaluating the implementation of the Agilent OpenLab CDS-2 laboratory information management system for chromatographic equipment at the testing center of an Expert institution in the sphere of Medicinal Products Circulation. Purpose of work. Development and testing of a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of modern software for chromatographic equipment. Materials and methods. Analysis of scientific publications of domestic and foreign specialized literature on the problem of evaluating the effectiveness of implementing an information system for managing chromatographic equipment. An analysis of the data of an expert survey was carried out with further graphic processing of the results. Results. A survey was conducted; data were analyzed reporting on the effectiveness of implementing modern software for chromatographic equipment. Conclusion. We studied anatomic structure specialities of its stems and leaves. We visualized anomocytic stomatas and simple thin-walled multicellular trichomes on both sides of leaves. Big amount of calcium oxalate druses and cells with crystal sand along leaf ribes were found in mesophyll. Many conducting bundles (xylem, phloem and sclerenchyma) were detected on sectional cross of culm.
