The ester and the water can be steamed out of the system continuously, so it can promote the balance. Through the practice application, the product is less impurity, the subsequent refined is easy, the yield is higher. This paper takes comprehensive experiment lesson of beer brewing technology as example to discuss a new innovative-designing teaching program. In this program, innovative designing of a novel product was added into lesson content and students’ presentation-dependent assessment methods were established. The new teaching program could solve some common teaching problems happened in experiment lessons and arouse students’ learning interest and innovation consciousness. One can obtain the experimental data of the flat sluice freedom flow coefficient by calculation. In comparison with the experimental data and calculated values which is calculated by three commonly different kinds of freedom flow coefficient empirical formula, which can provide an experimental basis for the select of calculating formula of engineering applications. Guided by the engineering education accreditation, we investigated and practiced the comprehensive experiment teaching of material physics under materials science and engineering platform by applying OBE methodologies. In details, we combined the characteristics of material physics subject, the cultivation for talented students with innovative awareness and ability, and together with the conditions of the current experiment teaching in our university to achieve the intended learning outcomes.
