The teaching reform and experience was applied on the professional basic experiments of professional course of Drilling Engineering. Based on the experiment platform, we can microscopically observe the crystallization process of the sample under ultrasonic or not, and analyze the temperature of the sample during cooling process. It is found that ultrasonic can reduce the degree of supercooling of water, make the supercooled water formation of crystal nucleus in advance, shorten the freezing time of samples.
