摘要
mooc (massive open online courses)作为一种新的教育模式，给世界带来了一场全新的教育革命。这对社会转型背景下的高校实验室教学与管理具有重要意义。为了适应时代发展的要求，实验教学工作的管理必须与时俱进。通过树立新的人才培养理念、建设优秀的实验教学团队、转变实验教学与管理模式，探索mooc背景下具有中国特色的实验教学与管理新模式。
