生物工程专业技术综合实验课不仅要系统地巩固学生所学知识,提高学生的项目操作能力,而且要培养学生的创新能力。改革教学方案,提高教学质量。本文以啤酒酿造工艺综合实验课为例,探讨了一种新的创新设计教学方案。在这个项目中,在课程内容中加入了一种新颖产品的创新设计,并建立了学生基于演示的评估方法。新的教学方案能够解决实验课中常见的一些教学问题,激发学生的学习兴趣和创新意识。改革后的教学方案可以广泛应用。
