Its teaching program should be reformed to improve its teaching quality. This paper takes comprehensive experiment lesson of beer brewing technology as example to discuss a new innovative-designing teaching program. In this program, innovative designing of a novel product was added into lesson content and students’ presentation-dependent assessment methods were established. The new teaching program could solve some common teaching problems happened in experiment lessons and arouse students’ learning interest and innovation consciousness. Application of Innovative-designing Comprehensive Experiment Lesson of Biological Engineering Major
