In this context, the article attempts to show the unity of transcendental psychology, physics and philosophy in solving epistemological problems. The present article discusses the question of correspondence of the perceived or observed world with the world itself, with the world as it is «in reality». In connection with understanding of this issue, D. Berkeley, N. Bohr, W. Heisenberg, A. Einstein, A. N. Leontiev, A. I. Mirakyan’s views are being discussed. On the basis of the analysis carried out, the following assumption is made: the reason for insolubility of this problem within the framework of opposing philosophical directions is the discrepancy between levels and states of consciousness of representatives of these scientific directions. Dependence of the perception of the world and paradigm shifts on changes in the states of consciousness are shown. In the context of changes in states of consciousness, the issues of transcending and transitions from one reality to another are considered. A comparative analysis with the provisions of virtualistics is carried out. In the second part of the article, the features of external and internal observers and their relation to the process of cognition in the context of states of consciousness are going to be discussed.","PeriodicalId":122230,"journal":{"name":"Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116607046","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, a scientific direction is developing in the study of multimodal texts and the development of new educational technologies. The visual range in general plays a huge, sometimes decisive role in digital communication. In this area, new phenomena based on images are constantly emerging and spreading at lightning speed: emoticons (graphic symbols), GIFs, and so on.This article is devoted to the use of video materials in the classroom in French and German. The article lists the criteria for the selection of video material, considers the classification of training videos and the features of their organization in teaching the language of professional communication in a law school. In the article, the authors also describe their own experience of using educational video resources at Saratov State Law Academy, authentic videos on Youtube channels dedicated to the study of law, helping students in the learning process. The authors come to the conclusion that the rational use of video materials contributes to a deeper involvement of students in the study of a foreign language, stimulates the development of creative thinking, social skills, promotes the acquisition of knowledge, skills and understanding, speaking and writing. The authors emphasize that only novelty and creativity can form a sustainable interest in learning a foreign language, especially in the legal field. This is facilitated by the creation of such a learning process, when students can continuously learn new aspects of learning activities; see its prospects and application to practice.","PeriodicalId":122230,"journal":{"name":"Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125169948","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ananiyev, «a plan of XXI psychology», belongs to that area of knowledge which borders and even intersects philosophy. It is the area of «psychological anthropology», the area of attempts to come to wider definitions of its object, and these are older than the «scientific» psychology itself, that counts down from W. Wundt. Traditionally it was philosophic anthropology that was concerned with the essence of «man and human society» and the idea of chelovekoznaniye essentially presupposed the orientation to the content of philosophic-anthropological reflexion. As B. G. Ananiyev relied only on the «dialectico-materialistic teaching» as a branch of philosophic thought grown from the German classical philosophy the philosophic-anthropological basis of his enterprise inevitably remained limited and narrowed on the background of both historical and modern forms of the world philosophic thought. The modern significance of this «plan of XXI psychology» could not be valued without investigating it on this background. The philosophic anthropology from the beginning of XX century has lived through many transformations. First of all, there was a galactic explosion: it has broken into an infinite number of anthropologies — political, cultural, social, pedagogical, religious. This process does not come to an end. The differentiation of philosophic-anthropological knowledge continues in the form of different approaches of the non-classical anthropology. The history of unsuccessful search of human nature and essence has shown that «the human is not given as nature but is made as project «. Human projects are molded, constructed, created. They are «man-made», created by means of cultural practices. The modern non-classical anthropology is interested in mass, socially significant trends, more than that, the trends which being followed do change radically the way of life of man, his identity. Being such «experiments on oneself» (transtrends) which lead to leaving the historical scene by man and , которые, по сути дела, направлены на уход человека с исторической сцены и replacing him with a close, but different being.","PeriodicalId":122230,"journal":{"name":"Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122914059","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this regard, it is recorded that this kind of cultural practice leads to the closure of consciousness and experience in a semantic, mental capsule. It is emphasized that the culture of post-truth does not reject the truth as such, but interprets it arbitrarily, as a personal or group idefix. The nature of post-truth is not necessarily connected with the technologies of manipulating the consciousness of the masses or with a purely emotive attitude of a person to the facts of existence, as is sometimes believed. This phenomenon has fundamental historical and cultural prerequisites. The logic of post-truth is an imperfect attempt to respond to the crisis of evidence that unfolded in the twentieth century and culminated in our time, it is associated with the archaization of consciousness that cannot cope with the burden of current problems. The phenomenon of post-truth is expressed in such a way of a person's world orientation, when a point of view is absolutized, which is marked either as personal or as uniting members of a solidary community, often a kind of closed socio-cultural ghetto. The possible direction of going beyond such isolation is seen in the dialogic practice (dialogics) described by V. S. Bibler. The article emphasizes the importance for productive selfdetermination of the individual in the modern world of education and training of the skill of internal discussion with oneself, with the initial assumption of the possibility of different «cultural logics», different positions and views.","PeriodicalId":122230,"journal":{"name":"Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin","volume":"945 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133678876","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article reveals the pedagogical possibilities of additional education for children in the formation of a self-developing personality of a child, shows the conditions for creating a subject-oriented educational environment, which consists in ensuring the possibility of developing and implementing an interesting self-development project for students, eventfulness of the educational process, ensuring the formation of a need for self-development through the creation of problem situations associated with the need to overcome, purposeful and systematic use in the educational process of methods and techniques aimed at the formation of moral value orientations. The conditions are disclosed on the example of describing some aspects of the educational activities of the Galaktika Children's and Youth Center for Space Education in the city of Kaluga, the Constellation Center for the Development of Children and Youth Creativity in the city of Kaluga and the Regional Ecological and Biological Center of Students. The article proposes the author's methodology «My ideal», aimed at studying the image of «I-ideal» adolescents aged 11 to 14 years, developed in the context of a reflexive-value approach to pedagogical support of self-development of adolescents in additional education. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the experience of pedagogical support for self-development of adolescents in the system of additional education (on the example of the city of Kaluga), which showed that educational practices of the development of value-semantic and reflexive-regulatory spheres of a teenager's personality have been accumulated in institutions today. The article examines step-by-step the processes of competence formation at different stages of training, as well as examines the difficulties and failures faced by design education in the UK and ways to solve the difficulties that can be adopted by Russian design education. Thus, the purpose of the study is to extract useful experience in the formation of key competencies in design education in the UK and bring Russian design education closer to practical, responding to the needs of modern society, since design is policy and strategy for managing industries that uses creativity and innovation as a way of designing the future. It is a methodology used to solve complex problems and find the desired solutions for customers by integrating innovations. Undoubtedly, the author is interested in conducting a comparative analysis of the implementation of design education in the EU countries and in economically developed America, which in the future will be a continuation of research in the field of design education in Russia in order to integrate the positive experience of training future designers abroad into the domestic education system.","PeriodicalId":122230,"journal":{"name":"Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124805077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
