For this reason, the government plays a role and is responsible for providing education to improve the quality of public education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the budget for the education sector using the maqasid sharia concept. This research was conducted in Bener Meriah district, with the data source used in the form of secondary data, namely financial report data on the realization of the Benar Meriah district government's budget in the field of education. By analyzing data using descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data, then compiling and managing and analyzing data to describe certain circumstances. The results of this study indicate that the budget allocation for education in Bener Meriah district in its application has not fully dominated the dharuriiyah concept using five indicators. The conditions and habits of the post-pandemic called by ‘new normal’. Various activities are increasingly dependent on technology, especially information technology that is online through the internet network. Social media user are also increasing; included in Indonesia, it has been proven from the increasing user population on 2021 around 6,3% compared to the previous year. The total internet user in Indonesia on January of 2021, internet user in Indonesia registered up to 202,6 million users, and average time spent by Indonesian society to access the internet in a day is 8 hours 52 minutes. The new culture is also filled with da’wah content that spreads the Islamic values or teachings. Not only positive responses received by these digital preachers, but also so many negative responses in the form of hate speech which against the values and teachings of the religion. Through this research, the authors wants to identify some forms of hate speech toward religion in the form of da’wah content on social media. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis. The primary data sources of this research are da’wah contents that uploaded on social media, while the secondary data sources of this research are books or papers that are relevant to this research. This article will be studied using a qualitative descriptive approach and using content analysis methods and literature review. In this article, the author argues that cybercrime does notonly discuss online data theft or acts of harassment, but also relates to online loan crimes . The author also argues that the development of online loan crime is due to weak government regulations and policies. The government has tried to formulate legal regulations regarding the establishment of online loans legal and also legal rules that will protect victims of online loan crimes. However, in practice it still needs to be studied seriously and in depth. Many online loan crime cases are found in Indonesia, even during this pandemic it was reported that many online loan crimes were felt by the public. Therefore, through this online loan crime, the author wants to explore and examine more deeply about why online loan crimes are increasingly occurring among the public. How is the government trying to protect victims of online loan crimes by implementing the Financial Services Authority (POJK) Regulations, the Electronic Information and Transaction Law and other regulations? This is because the teachers do not use a correct and interesting text book in the techingnahwu. Therefore, The recearcher chose the title The Use of “Qashas An-Nahwi” book to improve Arabic grammatial skills for student (experimental study at Bustanul Jannah Junior High School Nagan Raya). The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiviness of using “Qhasas An-Nahwi text book to improve students ability of Nahwu, and to find out of student response of using Qashas An-Nahwi text book to improve their ability in Nahwu. This research use a qualitative approach to the type of experimental study, the population of this reseach was all students academic year 2019-2020 at Bustanul Jannah Junior high School they were 84 student. The sample of this research was 20 students from the population who were chosen randomly. The instrument used in this research were test (pre-test and pos-test) and questionnaire. The implementation of Aceh Qanun No. 11 of 2018 concerning Islamic Financial Institutions is also a form of government-driven government in the development of the Islamic finance industry in Aceh. This study aims to see the magnitude of the potential of the implementation of Qanun Aceh No. 11 of 2018 on the development of the Islamic capital market in Aceh. This research included the type of qualitative research, with data obtained from the literature review. The results showed that the implementation of Aceh Qanun No. 11 of 2018 concerning Islamic Financial Institutions makes a positive contribution to the development of the Islamic economy and finance, including the Islamic capital market nationally and in the province of Aceh in particular. With massive literacy and socialization in the community, it will continue to build public awareness and understanding of the Islamic capital market, thereby increasing the number of investors in Aceh. Good service quality will determine the success and progress of the bank. During the current Covid-19 pandemic, the quality of bank services can decline and experience obstacles so that the services provided are less than optimal. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Operational Head Office, with a qualitative descriptive approach and using primary and secondary data. Informants in this study were employees and customers of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah KPO Lamprit. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic did not harm the quality of service at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah, both from the aspect of collecting and distributing funds. The services provided by Bank Aceh to customers have been optimal and carried out following the Operating Standards (SOP) that were in effect during the Covid-19 pandemic.
