A high NPF level indicates the low performance of Islamic banking due to non-performing financing. The formulation of the problem is, how is Non Performing Financing (NPF) and its settlement at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Aceh Barat Daya Branch. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using field research. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the NPF at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)Aceh Barat Daya in 2018 amounted to Rp.263,527,831.33 and decreased in 2019 by Rp.121,553,953.75 but in 2020 there was an increase of Rp.505,073,688.03, lastly in July 2021 it increased again by Rp.809,000 ,000.00. So that it falls into the collectability category 2 (in special attention) or does not exceed 5%. This is because business actors (UMKM) who take mudharabah financing products are unable to pay installments according to a predetermined time. The main cause is the Covid-19 pandemic which hampers people’s economic activities. Although the nominal non-performing financing increased, the Bank was able to stabilize the nominal amount by restructuring. Through this strategy, the number of NPFs at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Aceh Barat Daya Branch is said to be good because it is able to overcome non-performing financing by being at a value below 5% in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations.","PeriodicalId":121834,"journal":{"name":"PROCEEDINGS: Dirundeng International Conference on Islamic Studies","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129448869","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of this study indicate that the values of strengthening the sharia economy by strengthening the village economy through BUMG are in line with the goals of Islamic economics to achieve welfare for the community. Moreover, Aceh as an area of Islamic law is a big capital for economic development that is right on target within the framework of Sharia. So in the management of BUMG, values , and rules that are by the development of the Islamic economy should be applied. Ideological teachings that want to return to the roots of Islamic law in all aspects of life have implications for identity politics, which have given space to privilege Islamic groups and place other groups into second class in all aspects. life. This teaching is increasingly spread to the surface through social media and creates debate and unrest that threatens the unity of fellow Muslims and the integration of the nation and state which is built on ethnic, ethnic, cultural, belief, and religious diversity. The adherents of various religions try to rebuild the values of civilization that have been torn apart by the thought of radicalism through social media such as Twitter. They held a virtual dialogue by raising cross-sectoral issues. This research is library research using descriptive analysis through the following steps: collecting research materials, processing data, analyzing, and drawing conclusions. The results of his research are that adherents of religions such as Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism conduct dialogue through Twitter with various cases by upholding religious understanding that is polite, humorous, tolerant, and maintains the spirit of brotherhood in differences. This pattern of building a civilizational dialogue is a new way of communicating without boundaries through Twitter to reaffirm the spirit of togetherness in maintaining harmony and diversity in Indonesia. The presence of criminal law with all its concepts and characteristics is essentially a response to various destructive social phenomena that occur in society. The public will be in a state of disorder if it is not \"guarded\" by criminal law. Aceh, after the regulation of the jinayah qanun was passed, certainly provided a breakthrough in the concept of criminal law in Indonesia, where the shift in criminal sanctions given in the form of imprisonment turned into uqubat whips for perpetrators of crimes. One of the derivative activities from the field of empowerment, village funds can be used to finance various religious activities at the village level. For example, in the 2019 fiscal year, the priority of using village funds is regulated through Permendesa Number 16 of 2018. Several activities contained in the regulation are a measure of effectiveness in the use of village funds. This paper will describe the effectiveness of using village funds for multi-religious activities in Banda Aceh City using a descriptive method. This paper is presented based on primary and secondary data obtained from the results of field research using interview, observation, and document analysis techniques for the use of village funds from the 2016 to 2020 fiscal year. The results show that the use of village funds for religious activities is minimal, because it is limited by regulation at the city level. The measurement method of BRISyariah’s performance is through the Du Pont analysis approach, using the ratio of net profit margin (NPM), return on investment (ROI), total asset turnover (TAT) and Economy Value added (EVA). The data used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of Bank BRISyariah Limited for the 2018-2020 period which are listed on the IDX. The results of the study show that BRISyariah Bank during 2018-2020 experienced fluctuating changes. For ROI, NPM, and TAT decreased in 2019 (at the beginning of the covid 19 pandemic) when compared to 2018 where there was no Covid 19 pandemic and the same thing with the EVA approach which does not provide additional economic value because it is negative. In 2020 (the COVID-19 pandemic has lasted for one year) ROI, NPM and TAT have begun to increase again and there is an addition of positive economic value in terms of the Economic Value added (EVA) approach. This shows that BRISyariah’s performance quickly recovered from the turmoil of the economic crisis during the Covid 19 pandemic.","PeriodicalId":121834,"journal":{"name":"PROCEEDINGS: Dirundeng International Conference on Islamic Studies","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127206240","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
