This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. Researchers obtain data by meancs of questionnaires, interviews and direct observations with costumers who use gold pawn services (rahn) at Islamic Bank Indonesia Meulaboh Branch as the study location and conduct interviews with custumers, and the director of Islamic Bank Indonesia Meulaboh Branch who is considered to continue to provide the information that researchers need.
